Great spot for bowling, and a great bar too (awesome prices, the best in Montreal i think...) They sell double-shot drinks for 6$... Also the bowling alley is very well maintained due to constant competitive leagues playing there. They also got new screens and UI to improve the bowling experience.

The bowling itself was great. The restaurant was lovely and yummy. The bar was perfect. The ladies behind the cash at the front, were horrible. I don’t understand. I stood at the front of the line, face to face with two cashiers (who I determined must have been swapping their cash out for a shift change) No one said a word to me and I stood there waiting patiently for nearly 10 minutes. Eventually one of the employees took my money. I had asked for an hour of bowling and a pair of shoes. To my surprise after my first game, the session ended. . So another 5 min of standing at the front of the line, I was scolded for not having been more clear about what I wanted. . Umm okay? (I was clear) Now the “leagues would be coming in” (in an hour) “so you don’t have time to play an hour” (okay this is why I came in at the inconvenient time of 4:30, so I COULD get an hour in before the leagues)... anyway I digress. I now have to pay the full price for 45 minutes of bowling and they wouldn’t even refund, or subtract the cost of the single game I didn’t ask for, off that price. So I am just left wondering why the business is being run this way?

Great place to unwind with friends and family. Does not matter if you go here as a pair and play one-on-one. Caters to groups and parties. They have a convenient food place (Lester's). Simple and straightforward menu, not to mention the bar. I recommend this place to groups and families. Birthdays and corporate events such as team building. Good ice breaker and an excellent way to get everyone talking and have a good time. They are open early and they close quite late.

Not mentioned either when booking. We were a group of 17 people, some non-functional aisles, in the Cosmo section, causing delays on the parties. We had to finish them quickly because another group of happy people were waiting after us. As we were "chased" from our aisles, we headed for the gaming area. The space was unlit, the atmosphere was not there at all. On the other hand, the restaurant on site, the staff is super nice, the food EXCELLENT! (Original) Première expérience à cet endroit. En arrivant, on nous informe qu'il y a une politique du 50$!!??% Tout achat EN BAS DE 50$ à l'entrée doit être payé CASH! J'ai jamais vu ça! Pas mentionné non plus lors de la réservation. Nous étions un groupe de 17 personnes, quelques allées non fonctionnelles, dans la section Cosmo, occasionnant des retard sur les parties. Nous avons dû les finir rapidement car un autre groupe de fêtés attendaient après nous. Comme nous avons été "chassé" de nos allées, nous nous sommes dirigés vers la zone gaming. L'espace était non éclairé, l'ambiance n'y était pas du tout. Par contre, le restaurant sur place, le personnel est hyper gentil, la nourriture EXCELLENTE!

Very nice and modern bowling place. Soo far the best one ive been to in Montreal or its surroundings. Just to give ppl a heads up since this place is top knotch, it gets packed very quickly soo dont be disapointed if all the isles are taken. Surprisingly there prices are decent and competitive aswell as they offer some cosmo nights with disco lights :P they have the most updated systems on ipads also i was stunned. To finish, gd job to the owner of this place hope he can still make it profitable for him self aswell.

We took a group of 100+ kids, and the service was excellent at this bowling alley. We got our lanes and shoes figured out pretty quick; no fuss at all. The kids loved the options for what type of bowling they could do, and it made for a good time! They have about 65 lanes and you can see it is a popular spot as there were many leagues going on at the same time, and this was a Tuesday night!

However, minus two stars because: restaurant was closed, they didn't have all shoe sizes, socks were not available for rent/purchase as with premium bowling alleys, but most annoying thing of all is that they only accept cash. I've given this place many chances but its enough. Everytime i go there with friends, we always get this one lady at the cash whos rude, obnoxious and has terrible manors. I doubt we are the only ones who has experienced this. She's probably in her 50's grey, curly fuzzy hair and wears glasses. Never once had she smiled and not once has she been polite always gives attitude and is rude. Customers service is a big zero. Never spending another $ there again

Not a big selection of food for a party. There is no pizza, which would be practical for a child's birthday party. I spent over a hundred dollars in food and drinks, however when I went back for a cup I was yelled at by the cashier "those are our cups" ???? Love this place! Very good bowling alley, lanes are always well kept machines are always worming. Staff is friendly and fast. The place is huge they have league games there lockers for balls and shoes. Rental for shoes, also for birthday parties they have spaces an arcade. Along with a fast food restaurant serving bell pro style food, hot dogs, burgers, fries and poutine. Plus a bar that big as all, that serves you at your lane!

My boyfriend booked his sons’ birthday there in advance but when we arrived on that Sunday, nothing was reserved and no food package was scheduled to be delivered for the kids in the bday! If you ever decide to celebrate a birthday party here, make sure to go a couple of days before and verified that everything is on the books and reserved. Bowling is always fun. One issue I had with this location was that it is cash only and I did not see this anywhere on their website so you're forced to use their ATM if you don't come prepared. I've been here twice, the first time the glow in the dark bowling and the second in the regular lanes. The first time was amazing and I had no issues, the darker mood did not affect our bowling and it made everything well, glow. The 2nd time around we encountered the issue where the pins were not resetting and it caused a delay in the score board. We had to call the technician over a couple times to fix this.

On Wednesday February the 15th, my wife and I came to play. We bought 2 games each. On the positive note the place is clean and the monitors work well. However here is the negative one: At 10:23 I asked to have one more game. I was refused with the words that the cash is closed and she needs to be out by 11. One game on average lasts 20 minutes or so, also on the website it is mentioned that the place closes at 11:30 ....Disappointing.

Its a good bowling alley, with small and large pins. They have plenty of lanes, some with the cool blacklight and fluorescent "Space" style. They have also upgraded their system and have a new, touchscreen display for each lane and new flatscreens to display scores and other data.

The lady on the counter is super rude for no reason, will never come back and will never recommend it to anyone. Today April 12th @ 4:00 p.m. we visited your bowling Laurentian Lanes for the very first time ever. We were 7 people, 4 adults and 3 children, my 2 year old kid spontaneously ran to the wooden area were the player seats, the lady behind the counter in a very unprofessional and aggressive way gave us an order to leave the area immediately and not cross the the carpet line, sure my 2 year old kid shouldn't have ran to that area, however she should have kept a nice manner as well. She basically ruined our day, and I felt I was humiliated. Later on when I asked her for a 3rd ball, since we have 3 kids playing, she answered back sarcastically using the same tone of voice :" don't you know that the balls roll back and comes back to you, 2 balls is enough for you.." Knowing that the place was almost empty and she could have easily give us a third ball out if curtsy not more. We all were deeply disappointed.

We went with the family and had two good games. Service and advice were good. As the cashier warned us, one hour night not be enough for two games with three, we missed about two minutes to finish it. The animations for the score are cute, but take up time. If you're looking to bowl without lights and music, don't take lane 27, as that's right at the edge.

Deal with meal is between 18 to 22 dollars your meal includes a hot dog or hamber or smoked meat with a fry and a drink. Orders were not filled corectly missed a lot of food. Probably the worst bowling alley I’ve frequented ever, we went a Saturday night while there was a fundraiser, the guy kept yelling in the microphone beyond comprehension all while making us deaf. On the other hand, the lanes are generally not well leveled whatsoever, they nearly all are curved in a manner to skew your realistic results. All in all, the experience left so much to desire, I can’t even think of a positive from such an event. Just bad.

The place looks outdated but it's ok. They only accept cash which in this day and age very inconvenient. But here is the reason for 1 star: We went as a family with 4 kids aged 10-14. The kids were having fun until one of them steps over the line. The mechanic (Guy)comes raging and starts shouting at the poor and scared 10 year old kid, and this is for the one time it happened! This is not a place for families. Maybe it's ok for truck drivers and blue collars (I myself am one) but not family or young people friendly. When I spoke to the manager, he did apologies but did not do anything to ensure the kid felt welcomed or take any actions against this employee who should be nowhere near kids! I will avoid at all cost.

We held our Sian Bradwell Fund Strike Out Cancer event yesterday and we couldn’t be more thankful to the entire team at Laurentian Lanes. Our event ran smoothly. They offered to help us all afternoon to ensure our event was as successful as possible. They helped us set up and take stuff down. Pascal and his team are amazing!! The bowling alley itself is awesome. Great video machines at each lane. Everyone had a blast and we can’t wait for our next event at Laurentian Lanes!

This is the best bowling place in the city. They have a lot of lanes so even during busy times you’ll probably have no issue getting a lane. It’s very well maintained compared to other bowling places I have visited. I’m not too sure about the pricing, we paid 13 dollars each player (6 of us) for two games. I don’t know if it would have been cheaper if we paid per hour or not but it was very affordable. Shoe rental was included in the price. Keep in mind it’s a cash only place. The food was good. Nothing to write home about but you’ll be satisfied with the choices. There’s also an arcade. There is lots of parking on site, there are lockers you can rent to put your stuff, they also sell lottery tickets. There’s a tablet for every lane that you can use to input your names and even modify scores. There are also options to play various games that have funny animations and selfies. It adds a little something extra from the monotony of waiting around for your turn when you’re a big group. You’re then sent an email of your scoresheet and some pictures. The service was phenomenally good. We had a few mixups with our game because most of us never bowled before and the cashier (I think her name was Annie, that’s what was written on our receipt) cake and fixed everything up for us. Great place for small and large groups, you won’t be disappointed with this place it’s amazing. I highly recommend it. And I don’t say that often, read my other reviews.

We stop in for a bite at Lesters Deli on occasion. Close to work and the food is good, and we can have a beer from the bar. Bowling is always a fun activity with any crowd. The place is always clean.

Great classical bowling alley. Lots of free parking. Rent shoes here, of course. Tall and short pins, big and small balls. If you need them, they have side bumpers that raise up and block the gutters, no gutter balls. Great for a gang of young ones, or beer ball. Food and drinks are available. Lesters deli has the resturant. Great combos. Lanes are smooth. They do partys. Lots of lanes. Free wifi! They will email you your scores. Lots of fun for an hour, and easy to add another round if the gang is having fun. Its easy, cheap entertainment that doesnt take too long, unless you want to. And for those too young to roll the bal, use the big red plastic dragon ramps.

Best bowling place in Montreal. Monday evening (March 2) the place was fully packed (Monday $3/game special). Employees were supper busy but trying their best to help everyone. The maintenance guy was the nicest person ever, and he gave us tips how to enable the gard rail for my 7 years old daughter so the ball don't end up in on the side most of the time - thus encourage her to play, learn, and enjoy bowling. Also he was like supper hero going back of the lane to un-jam the machines. If I had to hire a Head of customer service I would have hired him in a heart bit, he sure will bring every customer back. Also free plenty of parking. Will be going back on the weekend before school break is over. Only suggestion on busy times, may be need 1-2 more employees, because I felt they were working too hard.

This is not my story to tell, but it has to be told. I was at Laurentian Lanes with my family to bowl on a casual day. It was fantastic, the staff is great. However, while we were bowling, my family and I heard a worker from Lesters Deli (the restaurant) screaming at a parent that had their kids birthday. He was screaming over the party room. I don't know the whole story, but we definitely saw him screaming and throwing chairs in front of the kids. It was horrible! Whoever he was, he had no rights to scream like that to customers!!! If ever I do come back bowling (which I will), I will certainly not order food from him and encourage his business.

Great place for bowling. We've been several times in either large groups for birthdays or just the two of us and it's consistent. You can buys drinks and food while you bowl as well. Not recommended for children under 6 though as the only have big ball and no bumpers for kids.

Probably the cleanest and best maintained bowling alley in Montreal. I really do like how the incorporate their history through pictures, art, etc. Looks like they are up to date with the new tech. Overall a very good place for family outings...highly recommend

Poor customer service as per support and clarification provided on how to use the system to mark game. Our game got terminated before end because instructions were not clear and we did an honest mistake. Staff got defensive blame us for it instead of being receptive and helpful.

Honestly speaking, this place is excellent to hang out. The lady at the cashier was NOT FRIENDLY at all, very unpleasant first experience. And only cash, for 2019.. really? Other than those 2 annoying things, we would come back here again.
