Its OK. Ive been there 3 times now. The food was mediocre, service was mediocre. 4 staff were standing around talking and taking shots while I just stood there waiting to order. Fries looked like they were cooked in oil that was waaaaay too old. I dont think they are totally honest when billing time for tables either. Worst part about it: Every surface in there is absolutely filthy. The ping pong tables, air hockey tables and the tables where you sit to eat have a scummy film. All the paddles have scum. The chandeliers are covered in dust. We will go back to play the games but I wont eat here again and hand sanitizer is a must! When we asked for more water they argued that we had already received water (duh, we finished it) and the staff complained about tips saying he would rather be at home smoking a joint and watching netflix than at work making terrible tips.. Made us uncomfortable! Last time I was here I got a dirty look when I didnt tip on my $3 fountain pop. I was the DD and everyone I was with was tipping. $3 for a tiny glass of fountain pop was enough and took the guy 2 seconds to hand to me. I am not a terrible tipper either This place is huge and has potential to be much better!

I was with a group of 5 people the first thing when I walked no welcome she told us to sit somewhere , the lighting is very bad and the floor at our table was dirty .(straws and napkins on the floor). The waitress then put all the glasses in one corner with the water so we had to serve ourselves.. we waited around 35 min to get our food. The cook brought us our meals but when we wanted to eat the utensils weren't on the table so we had to wait for that .. no salt no pepper on the table . The waitress got into an argument with my co worker saying he didn't leave enough tip and pretty much harrassing him to give her the right % of tip . It was very embarrassing and if I could get my money back I would . Never returning to this place ! It also cost me 30$ for a poutine and chicken wrap with no drink !!

Friendly staff, but takes ages to receive mediocre food. The cocktails are great, I highly recommend the amaretto sour, and the variety of games and pricing is incredible. Such a low rating because I had to wait 40+ minutes for a plate of nachos and I was waiting, money in hand, to pay for half an hour. I had even flagged someone down to have a take-out box & to pay but only received the box. I was at the bar with little customers around and was still somehow ignored. Nothing is more frustrating in a bar or restaurant than being made to wait so long for food & a payment. Kills the mood.

This bar is okay in all senses of the word. The bowling alley is ok. The beer prices are ok, veering on bad. They have a monopoly on bad bowling in the area. The food is alright but nothing to like, tell anyone about or take a photo of. I wish I could think of one good thing to talk about. I guess it's location is good?

Came here to play pool on a stag night. We waited for balls, we waited for food. We rarely saw one of the 2 servers that were working. They tried to bill us for food they never delivered. One of our pool tables had no power to the lights. Just poor.

Worse place to eat ever. I had to stand up to get the menus because no one went to my table.... then come back to the bar to order food. I ask for 3 plates and 2 beverages, repeating my order to 2 different waiters a total of 4 times. Only to somehow get 5 plates. I had to bring the card machine myself to the table so my friend could pay and then bring it back to rhe bar. On top of that when we received the extra plates and we told the waiter perhaps there was a misunderstanding, the waiter had the nerve to tell us that "if we realized it was too much food when it came to the table, it wasnt his fault". Implying that we were trying to cheat him some how.then he took the 2 extra plates and by the way...we Never got our money back. If i could give minus 10 stars I would... worst service ever in my life.... Do not go to this place.. at least not to eat.

The sport bar overcharges. Be aware of it. We went there to play table tennis on Feb2nd from 18h35 to 19h40. But the staff said that we started at 17h50. Actually, we watched a movie downstairs before the table tennis, and the movie finished at 18h20. Even worse, after we talked to the staff and her manager, they said that we made a mistake, and the movie tickets cannot work as proof of the time. A matter of just a few dollars, mind you, it felt like a rip-off.

Upon arriving to the place turns out that there was no reservation and probably the reservation that we made was for a day after, as they usually handle them. Maybe it's because I'm a woman, I'm not sure, but I was ignored at the bar for what seemed like forever, sadly this wasn't the first time. The bar was pretty empty, I was one of the few people actually sitting at the bar, the bartenders kept walking by me and were more interested in eating than serving me. After calling to them for some time, I finally was served, the drink was very disappointing and less than 1 Oz served in a double glass(I have certificates in hospitality management and bartending) and can not believe any bartender would do any of this. Everything about their service was awful. This is the 3rd time I have gone and have been super disappointed. Last time I waited 1hour for chips and dip!!! Chips and dip!! Simplest thing on the menu!!! I live close by and will not be going back, I will also be recommending to everyone I know not to go.

Although Tuesday Wednesdays are cheap, it depends how much you value your time. I’d much rather pay full price and have a lane within 30 min to an hour vs 2+ hours of waiting when lanes could be utilized. Idk what their method is to lane openings but it seems a little fishy to me...

When we turned our dishes over, an arrogantly arrogant waiter said to us "The kitchens are busy" without apologizing. Several servers were particularly stupid and arrogant and given the lack of consistency of the dishes, the kitchen lacked total professionalism. The servers were wrong on several invoices. Luckily the manager ordered that the mediocre dishes served to us be free. It's really a shame because restaurants with games room, billiards and arcades are rare in Montreal and this one and of an atrocious mediocrity. I hope this will change over time. Les serveurs se sont trompés sur plusieurs factures. Une chance que le gérant a ordonné que les plats médiocres qui nous ont été servis soient gratuits. C'est vraiment dommage parce que les resto avec salle de jeux, de billards et d'arcades sont rare à Montréal et celui-ci et d'une médiocrité atroce. J'espère que cela changera avec le temps.

Went to Montreal for the game Saturday night so I figured I would go to the Old Forum to see what it is like. My daughter and I decided to wait for the Forum Sports Bar to open to get something eat. Which it doesn't open until 3:00 pm. My daughter ordered a plan cheeseburger medium rare with fries. I ordered Chipolte Wings. After sitting there waiting for about 20 minutes we final got our food. Mind you there was only about 10 people in the whole place and they were either bowling or playing pool. My daughter took one bit of her cheeseburger and pretty much spit it out. The meat was blended with something and over cooked. My wings were over cooked due to the chicken being extremely dry. The waitress who seemed very nice never came to check on us for about another 20 minutes because she was still setting up for the day and night. Most places would have everything in place so they can take care of there customers.Mind you they open at 3:00 pm. Either way the food was terrible and the service was Blah. The place needs some updates and some cooks with food training. Don't recommend eating there maybe drinks and bowling. Also a good construction company to repair the boards in the floor that move every time someone walked by.

They will rip you off if you order a cocktail. They will give you ⅛ of a shot of each alcohol and a shot of mixer. That's it. EDITED: in response to your response you may want to investigate this because we spent a lot of money there on the 18th of December 2018. We bought lots of food (which came an hour later) Multiple pitchers of beer which were warm at least twelve pairs of shoes (you didn't have enough size tens) and your ball holes were not large enough for a most of us grown men. I wasn't the only one who ordered a cocktail and was massively disappointed. We will not be coming back until this is resolved.

I went for the bowling and my group had a great time. The venue is spaceious with with plenty of lanes, tables, and lounge space available. Staff are helpful and friendly. I went on the cheap 2 for 1 bowling nights (Tuesday and Wednesday) and bowled happily for a couple of hours.

Been there plenty of times. Nasty place doesnt clean at all. You can see the mice droppings and you can see the mice running around on the floor. Managers are horrible and teach their staff how to steal from the clients. Staff drinks on the job, seen it many times, managers take shots of alcohol with their staff on shift. Love it. Love the pool tables that are 14$ per hour. The arcade games are fun and the cinema is great. My only complaint is that you can't split the bill for the payment for the pool sessions most of the times because the staff doesn't know how to do it or sometimes, they can't do the math (basic division), so be prepared to let someone in the group pay the total price.

We had reserved four lanes for a work function of 22 people. At the time of reservation, they told us it’s 6 persons per lane. When we got there they insisted on squeezing us in 3 lanes, even though 70% of lanes were empty. Then they kept us waiting for a group to finish their game even though there were lots of empty lanes. They insisted that the lanes were reserved. We were there for an hour and a half and only one lane was busy. When I complained to the manager, he couldn’t care less.

Brought my very young neice and nephew here. They had a blast. There is a ramp to assist small children to roll a bowling ball (down the ramp), so I could actually play a competitive game with them. We had a good lunch; I taught them how to play billiards and they played a few arcade games like the ride simulator and motorbike racing. Staff was friendly; bathrooms were large and clean; service was efficient. I don't know what others are complaining about. The fact that I could spend a whole afternoon and evening in a safe, fun place with food and child-friendly fun activity with easy access connected right on the Atwater metro line, plus option to watch a movie at the theatre downstairs and go home with a pair of peetered-out happy kids... This is a gift. I hope for people to support this place so that it always remains open.

Went with a small group of people for bowling. The bowling part was ok aside from the fact pretty expensive. $10 per person per game. One party in our group ordered a poutine and after one hour it still hadn't arrived. We asked several times to the waiter where is our poutine She simply said the kitchen is very slow. We waited over one hour still no poutine .. I get that maybe there having a bad night but in that case the waitress should have kept us updated and maybe advise us when we placed the order that it may take very long. But she never said anything unless we asked. We where never offered an apology or free drink or anything for the inconvenience..in the end after one hour and twenty minutes we asked for our money back and left to go eat at A&W instead. If you read other reviews you will see similar stories I think management needs to find a solution for there slow kitchen staff and unapologetic wait staff.

Honestly felt like I was in an episode of Bar Rescue without the rescuing. The service was awful, the bar wasn't full and only one girl seemed to be doing anything while the rest stood around a computer swearing and avoiding all eye contact with customers. At a sports bar I expect to be watching a game however Hartland was on tv until someone asked for it to be changed which too them 15 min to change and keep that channel. I watch a group of people have to get up about 6 times to ask for proper orders as well as getting any service. Even if you want to watch the TV's there is arcade games surrounding the bar so its very distracting. I've never gotten up and asked for a bill before because I wanted to leave. I'd hate to see this place when it was actually busy.

We were the only people in the place at noon on a Sunday. Took forever for the food to arrive and we constantly had to flag down the waitress from her cell phone to get drinks. 2 hours later our food was mediocre at best, the gravy was smoky (like an ashtray), the salad dressing was a solid not a liquid and we couldn't find the waitress to refill our drinks.

I was almost certain I was on an episode of Bar Rescue... But there was no rescue. Absolute terrible service, staff were running in circles not doing their job, I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my drink I ordered, once I received my food and drink no one came back to check in on how I was doing or if I needed anything else... The bar area was only about 1/4 full to add. Also had to ask to have the Montreal hockey game to be put on as they had Heartland playing on all the TV's in a...... sports bar........? Food was below average. Slow service. Bathrooms have signs saying the water is so hot it will burn you. And it does. Toilet was leaking. Crowd was really loud but if you are there to party i guess it wouldn't bother you. We went before going to the nest comedy show. I would definitely recommend to stay away from here if you are going to the comedy show. Get food elsewhere!

We paid for air hockey and the machine didn’t work. We then went to see the girl in charge of gaming, and she told us she would be with us in 1 minute.
