I called to be sure if we needed a reservation before getting there (4pm). The lady who answered said it was fine as long as we arrive between 5-6pm. By the time I picked up my friend and the kids we get there at 5.20pm. Once there, the guy working there was so not helpful at all and unwelcome. He said the place was full until 10pm that we needed a reservation even when it was at least 5 free rows to play. I explained what the lady on the phone said and he reply she use to say that... He proposed we could have only 2 games 11.50$/person (we were 2 adults and 3 kids under 6 ) it's abusive! He never apologize for being miss informed by her colleague either. On the top of that it was during a rainy day never going back there save your money and time. Really poor customer service and no consideration at all for ppl with kids.

The entrance is hard to find. The people there are rude. My date doesn’t speak French so they ignore him. Then the place look old music was playing but couldn’t figure out what song was playing. Then most of the machines doesn’t work. In addition they booked someone in our place as soon as the games end without giving us a chance to play more. So we decided to leave. I hadn't bowled in 20 years. I totally SUCKED at it, but had an AMAZING time with my best friend and his family. Deeefinitely worth the experience. The shooting arcade game is the only thing I didn't enjoy. Felt out of place, especially that it's a very badly designed hunting game. But that's not why you're going there, so it's alllll good.

The gentleman in the name of Robert should be trained on how to respond to people and have a semblance of happiness in the face that falls from his face. The worst human I have ever encountered in my life. He doesn't care about people, doesn't care what people say, doesn't care about life. He should sincerely be fired. In addition, he closed the 3 aisles 10 minutes before the end so we were able to play only 45 minutes in total. Really pleasant as a party evening. It is sincerely not easy to mobilize this number of people and for the short time that we have been able to stay, I am really but really disappointed and angry with the situation. They would have made that much money if they had asked us how long we wanted to stay instead of firing us like that. In addition, the prices displayed for alcohol + taxes are not at all good. It's a flight. Literally. If I could put -10 stars, I would do it right away. This is my first lifetime review and I am happy to be able to do it here to help people who are wondering if it is worth it. I will clearly call the manager on Monday, because Mr. Robert Sans-Sourire kindly (not at all) gave me his number. So paying almost $ 150 for an hour (- 10 minutes) is downright theft. En plus, il nous a fermé les 3 allées 10 minutes avant la fin donc on a pu jouer que 45 minutes au total. Vraiment plaisant comme soirée de fête. C,est sincèrement pas facile de mobiliser ce nombre de gens et pour le peu de temps qu'on a pu rester, je suis vraiment mais vraiment déçu et fâché de la situation. Ils auraient fait autant d'argent s'ils nous avaient demandé combien de temps on voulait rester au lieu de nous mettre à la porte comme ça. En plus, les prix affichés pour l'alcool + taxes ne sont pas du tout les bons. C'est un vol. Littéralement. Si je pouvais mettre -10 étoiles, je le ferais sur le champ. C'est mon premier review à vie et je suis content de pouvoir le faire ici pour aider des gens qui se demandent si ça en vaut la peine. Je vais clairement appelé le gérant lundi, car monsieur Robert Sans-Sourire m'a gentiment (pas du tout) donné son numéro. Alors payer près de 150 $ pour une heure (- 10 minutes) est carrément un vol.

Attention : préparez vous à donner un rein pour une barbotine. Vous l'aurez compris, la becquetance est d'un prix astronomique. Aussi, la fontaine d'eau est brisée. Nous espérions avoir droit aux éclairages nocturnes et iconiques du Quilles G Plus, mais nous fûmes déçus. Apparemment, l'absence des dits éclairages est due au fait qu'il est impossible pour eux de surveiller le respect des mesures sanitaires. Cessons le chichi, cet établissement reste tout de même mythique, et vous offre un bon moment entre amis.

Props where props are due: Quilles G Plus has got it going on in spades. They are equal parts friendly and organized. And lets face it: black light bowling at 1PM is hard to beat. Kids parties - 100% spot on. Once you fill out the forms for food orders and teams, the score board takes care of the rest. Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy. Recommended to everyone.

It was a great place to go and bowl, went there more than once, they accommodated quite well, the large groups I came together with. They were quick to help out, in any of the issues that came up, balls that get stuck, the pins, system malfunctioning. Just these issues came up a bit to often. The arcade room was pretty decent, just some of the games not working to well. I would go there again, but will try out others first.

Retro bowling alley with 1980s scoring consoles, good fries, and beer. Relatively cheap, especially on weekend nights. Not a place for leagues or competitive bowling (lanes feel short, and it's 10 pin bowling with small balls), but a fun place to go with friends.

It is a really dated place. You feel back in the 90's when you are in there. I don't say that in a good way, like vintage feeling and all, no, it feels like they updated the place in 1991 and never renovated it again. So the screens with your scores are tube TVs, the software that tracks the scores is super obsolete and has a Atari look. Even the pins are tracked by thin cords. That is stuff from my early childhood!! Also food here is hard to eat, not to say the least. The place urges for an update and would definitely benefit from it!

The lady at the cash charged us double price for one game because she didn't explain the pricing structure. When I asked nicely for them to fix the price the lady was super rude and said it was our fault for choosing the wrong payment option. I continued to explain that it was a mistake and they should take the responsibility of the situation and refund the difference. One of the worst experiences I have ever had as a client in any establishment. The staff were unbelievably rude and condescending. They abrasively and aggressively approached me three times about a grocery bag that was set aside behind us, as I repeatedly agreed each time that we would not take any food out of the bag. While I was bowling, they took the bag (my property) from me without asking and walked away with it. Additionally, when we called earlier in the day to reserve for 8pm, they told us there were no available lanes until 10pm. We decided to try our luck a bit earlier anyways, and when we got there at 9pm, half of the bowling alley was vacant (15+ lanes available). I assume it was either because we were anglophone speaking on the phone (they are a primarily francophone speaking establishment) or they thought we were young sounding and did not want us around? Either way we felt treated unfairly.
