Great place for a party. Small bowling alley but they are set up well. Large area with group tables. They make all their pizza fresh from scratch when ordered. Its delicious. All staff were super friendly.

What can I say this place has been in Airdrie longer than I been around, there is no cell phone reception as it’s on the lower level but that’s fine because you’re generally busy with activities anyhow. The food is ok but the staff is usually pretty friendly. One complaint is the service itself is lacking as wait times for ordering/receiving food and services are quite long as well as lots of mechanical issues with the lanes however but they usually will give you extra minutes if it’s bad enough.

Decent bowling alley. Shoes appear to be newer and in good shape. Lanes are typical, we only played 5 pin; unsure if they offer 10. Pizza was standard but good. Nachos were quite disappointing (should honestly not even be on the menu) but I would say the food selection is secondary in an establishment such as this. Want to go roll? It's good. Eat elsewhere.

My son went for a birthday party here, had the BEST time and when I came to pick him up ( 2 hrs later) he was still devastated to leave. We will be back here soon to go bowling again!

Great place to bowl. Family friendly and for couples night out. Clean bathrooms. Great staff. No stinky shoes lol Food is a bit overpriced but everything else is so fair it evens out. All in all a great place for a night out to bowl or play pool with the family :) And bonus its underground so Most phones dont get service which means your teenage wont spend the whole time instagramming their boredom lol

Everytime I call or go in, there is no 10 pin. Not everyone plays 5 pin. Staff are extremely dimwitted and rude. The young kid there just stared at myself and my husband when we came in and asked him about 10 pin, he had no idea what do say so he got an older lady to deal with us and she was unbelievable rude. We'll be driving to Calgary from now on to play a quality game of bowling with better surroundings and better staff. This place needs new owners.

I go here every month, and they never fail to meet and exceed my expectations. It's a fun place to bring your family, children, and colleagues for a great outing. This place needs a facelift and 10 pin would be nice. There are 2 10 pin lanes but they're either not set up when I'm there or they're booked. Still a decent place for a few games of 5 pin.

Wouldn't even know this place was there because the sign is so tiny. The place is very old and falling apart in areas. The bathrooms are gross. 2 stalls in the women's room and the door doesnt even lock on one of them, not to mention the gaps in the door and on the lock are so big you can see right into the stalls when the door is shut. My arm touched the stall door and it was super sticky and gross. There are also no baby change tables. The pizza was super greasy and not very big, pop was flat. The staff dont really acknowledge you, they just kind of stand there doing their own thing. Super disappointing place.

Lots of fun. We were there for a team builder for work and everyone enjoyed themselves. It's a little older feeling but they have the automated scoring, are licensed, have snacks and reasonable prices. The staff was very efficient and accommodating... and although this may sound odd, I liked that the rental bowling shoes didn't seem that old. It seems appropriate for all ages and I'll be back with the family for sure.

Walk in place smells like mould. Staff were extremely rude and it appeared to be hastle to even serve us. Pool tables were heavily worn and the washrooms were filthy. I will not be coming back again.

I wish I could give a negative review. I highly caution anyone going to this place for any type of party to be very cautious!!!!!! My experience completely RUINED my bridal shower. I called about 2 weeks in advance asking for lanes for 10 people. When we arrived we were waiting for some people ( who were driving 3+ hours to attend) the lady working was quite rude and had explained there was a group after us so we needed to hurry up. Which wasn't an issue until she told us we wouldn't be able to complete one game with our group because of the numbers ( I understand that HOWEVER if they know you have a large group when you book they SHOULD TELL YOU THIS so you can accommodate or book more time). We paid and got started no issues there. We promptly ordered 2 party platters and carried on. Our game was turned off 10 min BEFORE our time was up and we were told our food was ready. My mom had to over to the lady at the counter and tell her to turn our game back on! ( Its completely unreasonable when you paid for 1 hour to not receive 1 hour) We finished our game and went to eat the food which was in short just sad, it was like 9 pieces of what looked like Walmart pre-made appetizers. (Walmart would probably be better actually). So the 5 year old and 3 year old ate it for lunch, because there wasn't enough. All in all it was a horrible experience, ruined my bridal shower, and spent way to much money on food I probably wouldn't feed my dog with. I wish the best for this establishment but I hope they learn from their mistakes! Bowling is a ton of fun and its such a shame to have to write this.

We have not been to Shamrock for many years but visited it recently for a family outing. It has not really changed over the years but it still a good time. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed make sure you make reservation. We had to wait a bit for shoes and our lanes but the staff was polite and accommodating. The pizza is pretty good if you need a snack while bowling. Worth checking out....its in the basement and 2 flights of stairs so access maybe hard for some people.

This place is very old and foul-smelling. The pricing is not proportional to the quality of service, food and of the place. It still is somewhat enjoyable, I don’t recommend this to anybody. It disgusts me, the employee was very rude to us when we went. It’s been like this for a long time and there has not been any renovations to fix this hideous place.

Pretty disappointing tried to call and book one lane for my family for family day but they won’t book on family day they only allow walk-ins, super inconvenient for customers when trying to avoid overly crowded places during Covid but yet shamrock lanes wants to cram as many people in one facility as possible and do first come first serve. That’s very poor customer service and very poor Covid protocol, we will go somewhere else and also inform health Canada on there protocols of allowing as many people in the facility as possible. Anything to make an extra buck eh? ????????

Fun place for adults and kids. Youth bowling programs are great for the kids and price friendly for families on a budget. I have bowled there for over 20 years and l have also coached in the YBC program for 9 years. Staff are friendly and also have new lanes. Enjoy the atmosphere!

Do not go here!!! First I ordered a pint of beer which was 1/3 foam because the employees don’t know how to pour beer. After that I ordered a corona, it came with a rotten dried up lime. I had to ask for a fresh lime and got dirty looks for asking. Then we tried to order nachos at the start of our last game, almost an hour later when our game was almost done, I had to ask when our nachos would be ready. Same employee said she forgot to tell kitchen to make the nachos. Ooops so I said to forget the nachos and finished our game. When we were leaving, I went to pay the food and drink bill. Well I should have asked to see what I was being charged for, by the time I got home (1/2 hour away) I realized they charged me for the nachos that she forgot to tell the kitchen to cook. DIDNT FORGET TO PUT IT ON THE BILL!!! I called and the one girls did entransfer my money back (minus gst) I asked for her to let manager to know what happened and call me following day to discuss what happened. Well guess what NO ONE EVER CALLED. VERY BAD SERVICE, OLD DIRTY RUN DOWN PLACE WITH EMPLOYEES THAT DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING.

Took my family here for New Years Eve and was gravely disappointed!!! They flew in from out of town and were looking forward to having a great time. Got there and was asked if we had a booking, which their website DID NOT state was required. The lady rudely shouted “we’re booked up for the night” and immediately turned around and went on her way. Very disappointing. I know that with COVID, but hinges are different, so I made sure to check their website before going. I also checked the website after we were turned away to see if I missed something but it still was not there. Plus the building does not have any ramps or elevators. We had a stroller and had to battle with stairs. The reviews for this place were very good so I was expecting better from them. They’ve lost a customer.

Was not impressed with the service of this place at all. I reserved 2 lanes for an hour for my daughters 5th birthday, thinking I was getting the birthday package. The clerk on the phone did not really ask questions or confirm anything. When we got charged more then expected, I went to enquire. Apparently I never specified it was a birthday so we got charged for all of our shoes (which is included in a birthday). The girl at the desk told me it actually had to be a birthday party, and I told her it was. She was a bit rude and not helpful at all. Obviously it would have been too late to get the other perks of a birthday, as another birthday was happening also, but it would have been nice if they would have at least refunded us for the shoes. Then when we asked for the bumpers up (4 kids 5 and under kinda need them!) we were told our lanes didn’t have any! I read on the website they did, otherwise I wouldn’t have booked there. She said multiple times she was surprised the guy on the phone never asked me if I wanted any bumpers but to specify next time. The other lanes that had bumpers were in use (but the bumpers were not being used). They were also just beginning their games but no effort was made to accommodate us and switch lanes. The kids still had fun thankfully, but I was VERY disappointed. Needless to say, we will not be returning here
