Called on a Sunday to see if they were busy and was told to come on down. Half an hour later we arrived to a full house with nobody to greet us. After standing around for a few minutes we were told that the whole place had been booked for a birthday party. It's sad to see that a local business will close shop for a birthday party booked on the same day, instead of catering to individual groups. It's clear that this business' profits are more important than thier word. Will not be returning.

Small, dark and a little grungy but still serves the purpose of a bowling alley. Connected to Pizza Hut so high quality of Pizza served. The birthday party package is reasonably priced and the atmosphere is relaxed and low key. There is a pool table there but it's a little tricky playing pool as space is limited.

Enjoy bowling without the busy. This place is affordable and quiet. Great staff and easy going environment. I booked them last minute for a big group (around 60) and they were excellent. Not in a flashy sort of way, but easy, simple, efficient and helpful.

We used to love coming here but have noticed a steady decline in the level of service. Very rude and abrupt when you finally do get their attention and it really puts a damper on what should be a fun and exciting experience. Hoping I can up this to five stars after our next visit!

I've been turned away from here at 830 after calling to see when they closed (they said 10pm on the phone) and then when we got there they said they were closing at 9. Only bowling place in town, though.

Horrible service there was no one on the bowling side while we bowled it wasnt busy but we grabbed our own napkins and had to walk to the pizza hut side for service. New owners I think and it sucks now wasnt the best before either. we go still because there is no other option.

Not at all impressed with this alley The alley is not maintained. The lanes are warped. The pins dont set proper. The score board misses scores and impossible to find staff as they are too busy making pizza.Didnt bother to mention glow bowl after I rented a lane and than mid bowl changed it over. Thry forgot about a birthday that came in after me too.wpuld not reccomend

Employee regularly left the building and crossed the street to godknowswhere, leaving patrons unattended. The bowling pins constantly reset in the wrong order and the control panels for each lane don't work. All the arcade games were unplugged/out of service and covered in an inch of dust. Good pizza though

Poor service. Busy and one person working. Ring a bell and wait for service? Got there early an be ended you waiting so long for shoes the lane timed out. Brutal. Don't be so cheap and hire more staff.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Went here for the unlimited bowl on Mondays between 7-9. Planned on bowling, having a drink or two, and maybe eating some pizza with my girlfriend. When staff finally came to the counter we were told the unlimited bowling was not even in their system despite it being advertised in the alley and on the price board/website. The employee left to phone the owner/manager. When he came back he said he could not get ahold of them and would give us one hour of bowling for the price. I stated this was not the deal, the deal states unlimited bowling between 7-9. I asked him to show me where it said the offer was only available for 1 hour, and he could not. I can see why this place is always dead. Rude staff, place is not clean, not inviting, advertise specials that are not available, and an overall unpleasant place to be. Take your money elsewhere.

What a rip off. Go in there and rude service!! And when we played the games it ate our money and they wouldn't refund it. It's not like we played and lost the games they wouldn't work!! That's theft in my opinion!! If the machines don't work they should have out of order signs on it.

Arrived for the toonie bowling to all the lights off in the place. Price is per person even though it is advertised as $2 a game. Very sad and run down place. Unfriendly staff. We walked out and drove to Red Deer. Hard to support the local business when you walk into this place.

Very frigging expensive and when u go with a coupon they don't bother telling u that when u order the food (that is supposed to be included on the coupon) your time on the lanes does not pause. Your coupon is for one free hour of bowling and that's it whether or not you r done the frames and the food. It doesn't even deserve a star but I had to give it one. Worst customer service too. Deffinitly good use staff in both railside and pizza place. Half the time we had to go to the pizza place to get service in the bowling area. But all in all we like it!
