Play regular games or spice it up with the options they have such as bingo bowling. Bumper pads and/or ramps available for those who need them. Enjoy!

Place great and I had a lot fun. But me and my friends were totally disappointed with some of the staff. Because on March 6, 2020 we went bowling at around 10:15 pm, purchased 2 games for the price $100 and 2 jugs of domestic beer for the price of $40 and a beer tower for the price of $35. While playing we notice that we could of got a better deal that was being advertised on the website and all the tv’s in the bowling alley, the deal FRIDAY AFTER WORK bowl with 6 friends for an hour + a beer tower and appetizers for one great price of $79 . We inquire about why we didn’t get the offer or got told about it. The staff member told us the reason why he didn’t offer us the deal is because nobody gets it and it was late. But clearly on the advertisement said valid from 9 until midnight and we told him that we got there at 10:15 and he again said nobody gets it. And we told them respectfully they shouldn’t advertise something they don’t consistently offer within the time frame is being advertised or the day.

Today was our first time being back since covid shut everything down. We’ve always loved heritage lanes but I tell ya we love it even more now. Incredibly clean, great distancing measures in place. The bathrooms were immaculate. Barb & Lana are sooo wonderful and friendly! We had delicious food. And fun in the games room and bowling. I can’t wait to return again soon! ???? Red Deers most popular bowling alley. The staff could be friendlier, bit they've mostly been there for a really long time and are rushed and annoyed most of the time. They do host decent bday parties there and have a concession that has average food at an affordable price. They offer kids bowl free over the summer holidays. They also host comedy nights throughout the year which is a nice change. There is an arcade but we've never had good luck with it. The ticket booth is always closed, the games are usually out of order and the machine that gives you tokens won't accept your bills. It's super annoying!

First time here. Arcade games area is fun and priced ok, Pool table (1) is only $1.00 per game. Upon entering though I couldn't help but notice all the white hair on the carpets, it's almost as if it's a pet friendly place. Tons of hair. Price to bowl seems steep but everything costs more now days. Staff were friendly enough. Fun for kids. Didn't have any food but it seems typical of such a place.

I was not sure what to expect when we booked my son's birthday party at Heritage Lanes, but it turned out great ????. We bought birthday package with bowling for everyone and food with drinks. We had big room for more than 3 hours, we decorated walls and tables. Plus we ordered additional meals, they have good kitchen. And it's affordable. This is a popular entertaining place in Red Deer!

Heritage Lane's is a clean and with a comfortable atmosphere and decent food. Outside of bowling they have an arcade room, pool tables, and host local comedy night's twice a week. On the downside, the staff is not friendly, and they are often out of beer on tap.

VERY BUSY!!! Sometimes almost too busy but it was accommodating to our 25 person group. We had a loss in the family and we all came here to take our minds off things and it helped that's for sure. I think the kids had more fun in the arcade than actually bowling but hey whatever works....

Bowling leagues for all ages, coaching, great prices and include a games room and you can host birthday parties or other events in a separate area.

I would give give the bowling/food/and that general aspect 5star but the arcade.. for how much cash you spend for tokens/ the games do NOT pay out nearly enough for the outrageous amount of tickets the items cost. A bag of cotton candy is 1 dollar in storte (50c in dollarama) but 200 tickets! TWO HUNDREDi gosh dang spent 20 dollars on tokens and I'm damn good at arcade games. And I ended with just under 200!! My friend and I decided to give our tickets to the kids we seen playing, because we didn't want them to be dissapointed that their 100 tickets weren't gonna get them much. I'd play this arcadeif it wasn't so unrealistically high priced for prizes. Other than that 5 star. Arcade 1.5 and that's generous. @

I love bowling here the staff is great and the place is clean and welcoming. They also offer different deals throughout the week like mommy and me bowling for $8 includes 1 game, shoe rentals, and the bumpers for the kiddo. They also have ladies nights and several other occasions that I'm not as familiar with but I do highly recommend this place they have great rates and bowling is fun for the whole family. So if your going to go somewhere this would be the place I reccomend!

Went for a comedy show rather than to bowl. To buy drinks you had to walk all the way to the other end of the building, and the room itself was really stuffy. By the end of the show we were all very uncomfortable.

Went in hopes of taking my four year old bowling for first time, lanes were full so figured I would spend some money in arcade. Staff were scares and arcade room was dirty. Three of the games needed to be fixed - and some of the working ones didn’t even offer tickets. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is looking for quality service. Good place to spend $40 real quick thou.

Went to Heritage Lanes for the first time this past Sunday night and was absolutely blown away with the updated lanes, the size of the entire location is HUGE! It has 2 full sets of lanes, one that turns neon late at night! It has a games room, a full bar area and a sectioned off banquet room that happened to be used for a comedy night! It held around 80ppl and it was a greay time! I will say that at first glance the prices for food are rather steep, however the food is of high quality and does deserve some recognition! When you see the plates come out, you'd think you were are an Earls or Boston Pizza! We were happy with our Chicken Thia Bites and Cookies and Cream dessert. We will be back for both Comedy Nights AND to bowl! Also has a games area and a sectiined off party area! Like I said, its HUGE!

Terrible service from a supposedly "service type" business. Was quite disappointed when i left a message and was never replied to. When i went down to the actual location i was informed that i neglected to book a time and there was none available until the next day (even though half the lanes were empty).

We had booked a birthday party there for 12 kids. We had a miss communication and they had planned for 12 people not just 12 kids. We panicked and planned for the worst. The manager found a space for us like planned and it worked out great. The kids liked there food and was priced pretty good. I would definitely use them again for another party.

Whenever I come to Red deer, I have to come here. Place is friendly, inviting, and clean. Staff are super helpful. If you live in Red Deer their rewards program is worth getting. Great way to get kids to enjoy sports as well. Fall leagues start soon. Get your child enrolled in the YBC program. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a great time out, or to start something new and enjoyable once a week

We just had our Christmas Party at Heritage Lanes and it was a blast!!! It was one of the cleanest bowling alleys I have been to in some time. They have a ton of space with an arcade for the kids, a pub for the parents and the staff was awesome. Thank you to Heritage Lanes for great experience.

I want to disclose this information to whom this will actually get to see this I really hope management or even owners see this message. I use to come to drink and bowl and buy amazing food always warm prepared nicely now whoever you have in the kitchen running the kitchen honestly you need to re-evaluate them they don't know what they are doing about anything stuff has been coming out more and more sloppy. I have also heard you have someone in the kitchen that has a cooking degree but the main boss in kitchen does not like how he does things even though I have had food by the one in charge I'm not sure his name and it came so poorly done and honestly it puts huge shame on a steak sandwich , then I have gotten the same food that is prepared by the tall young man and it comes out incredible for every dish we ordered. I have a few friends were they have had RAW food served to them old Monti Cristo, pizzas not being cooked properly. Honestly who ever this reaches you seriously need to look at who you actually have in your kitchen and not just some kid that is making all the food worse and worse by the day. I respect the company and employees but i know you got a new head cook in the kitchen and food has gone down hill ever since. Please Email back so i can talk to whomever i can about this matter

Was here for a birthday. 1st The staff was not friendly. 2nd they lane rental started at 2 but they didn't let the party know that the lanes were ppen even though there were people from another birthday party sitting there for 45 min past 2. So when we start bowling the staff came and said we were almost out of time but we had only been bowling for about 25 min. So not only did we have to sit 45 min past the party time our money was wasted on bowling we didn't even get to do they were rude about it. No one told us the lanes were open and no one cleared the other party so we could sit and bowl. We went to the food area after only bowling for 35 min, the food was cold. All in all if you plan a party here be ready to do it yourself and be on top of the staff because they don't seem to care.

This is a great place for bowling. Took our 4 and 3 year olds there for there first bowling experience and they have been taking about their experience for a week now. We will definitely be returning again. Monday to Friday from 3pm til 6pm is happy hour with $3 games to make it a more affordable family outing.

Excellent customer service, funny and patient with our large group including several children. Was a fun day, a little pricey for our big group, but overall worth it. Nice to have a family option in town during the cold weather. Glow bowling is a must! But book your lane in advance

I have to say I was extremely disappointed in the service. I booked a team building event back in December 2018, made all the arrangements and was very detailed in what I wanted. Needless to say, it was not at all what I ordered or expected. We were told 3 times our food order was forgotten and it was an hour if not more late, getting to our table. We were actually done bowling and still has to wait for our food. Not good business.
