Debbie and Alex treated us to a wonderful night of bowling. They made our experience unforgettable, never had a single problem with these 2. They deserve gold metals for how hard they work I really hope they are recognized for how well they treat customers on a daily. Have gone bowling here many times. Always a fun experience, music is kept at a good level so you can talk. Staff are fast and helpful. Most recently attended a work Christmas party where we rented the entire facility, the staff handled it smoothly and a great time was had by all.

This place needs to be renovated bad and can they not turn a radio on or have music playing. No wonder this place is always dead. Both bowling places in Lethbridge are in need of some 2018 Reno’s. Dirty, boring environment

Me and my 4 friends decided to play bowling on 13th December 2021. Talking about the experience i just wanted to say a very bad one. let me go through what happened, we took the very left side of lane for doing bowling. The lane was so bad that after every throw it was taking 2-3 min for being ready for the next person, we complained about it many times to the staff, but it wasn't fixed and at the last when 10 min remained of our time the staff told us to move to the lane 5. Ohk but what about the time your machine took from us, Machine at least wasted 15-20 mins from our 50min of playing. why i said 50 is because when we asked that to at least compensate 15 min of time so we can at least complete our ongoing match. You know what happened he gave us 2 min of extra time, like come on we are not baggers, we are asking about the time that your machine wasted. We felt so discriminated and humiliated that we left without playing our last 10 min. We decided that each one of us will write a review so the manager or owner of this place see, so it never happens to anyone else. and for me and my friends we decided we will never come to this place, i am not mad on the machine it happens but i am mad because they allotted 2 min as a compensation, we felt like we are baggers. Bowling was lots of fun and it is very cheep. They offer free refills on pop and the staff are super nice. The pizza is a little on the greasy side but other than that it tastes amazing.

The bowling experience was super fun! However, when it came down to food we decided on pork bites. I believe pork bites are 9.75, and we added waffle fries to share. The waffle fries were excellent but the pork bites.. This is what we got for almost 10 DOLLARS. apparently it goes by weight (when we questioned). But I can't imagine anybody who would spend 10 dollars on this amount of food.

Bowling is fun, but if you don't book a lane 1 week in advance good luck. This is the only ten pin bowling alley in Lethbridge and they know it. ????

This is a terrible place. Our alley broke down FOUR times, and each time it took FIVE minuets to fix. So we paid for a whole hour but only for 40 minuets! Plus, the staff is terrible. They were unhelpful and rude, refusing to give us a refund. The bread sucks too. Don't go bowling here!!!!!!

We have been going here for years, multiple birthday party's we have spent there. Recently we went and wanted the bumpers up but one of the employee told us we can't and needed to grow up and learn how to bowl. And we where there for 3 games and wasn't offered a thing. Disappointed in the service and experience that we have recently had...

We were 5 friends came for the fun on 13th December 2021 we booked for the lane no 1, However, our experience was not good, we paid for one hour and after every roll of ball we had to wait for atleast minute for the re-arrangement, sometime it took more than that also three time the lane was off automatically, we called for the help more than five times, at last they compansated our inconvenience by increasing two minutes of the play.. after that two rolls again lane got off so we decided to not to play any more and still almost 13 minutes of play was remaining...We felt that guys working there was not interested to help... And we had worst experience, we will never come back to this place for the bowling...

I'm surprised that the automatic doors have not worked for 10 years as there are quite a few individuals with wheelchairs that support Galaxy Bowl. When questioned the response is they have them fixed but they stop working. Lol

Had my wife's birthday party at Galaxy Bowling and we had a lot of fun. My one criticism is the reliability of the facilities. One of the lanes we had kept breaking down over the hour we had the lane booked. We were able to just finish our game before the time ran out. I was very grateful to the gentleman that was working that night as he came running every time the machine was down. Overall a great place to go bowling.

If I could give less than a one star, I would. We waited 30 minutes for them to figure out our broken lanes and never offered a discount or free drinks or anything. Then moved us lanes that also didn’t work. We paid to sit here and watch them try to fix the broken alley. Will not be going here again or suggest it for anyone.

There are signs that read "no outside food and beverage" and i understand that as a business owner you want people to buy the food from your establishment, that's fine. You are however allowed to bring birthday cakes and such, things they don't sell at the bowling alley. But we were not allowed to bring in 1 single cup of coffee from Tims?? It was piping hot and full since we bought it right before going bowling. So after i had paid for our lane and shoes, we were told we would have to get rid of our coffee....so we either stand outside in -20 to finish it or be wasteful and throw it out. Not a great way to keep the customer happy. When i asked if they even sold coffee the manager said yes and i was considering just buying one until the he said they only have milk (i don't drink dairy)..... won't be returning. The attitude of the manger really turned me off and i thought 2 games of bowling for $30 is over priced, especially for Lethbridge.

But....one person in our small group has a "medical condition" that G2 on steady basis would help..the qoute manager...Drae..despite begging and pleading for her deal..would not bend on qoute policy...big thumbs down..

I love bowling. Also I totally took the best pee of my life in their bathroom. It's like a dollar for a refill, I don't know what they expect me to do with a deal like that. Also their pizza is the best. Very greasy though so make sure you bring wet wipes. Lucky for me I always keep wet wipes on me at all times since 2018.
