Today I went into the lanes for toonie Tuesday. We had 4 people I figured we would play 4 games and rent shoes we paid the $16 for everything and began to bowl. When the first game ended the lane told us we were done. We went up and asked about it and the man told us that it was $2 per game per person. So I choose to purchase an hour. The manager told us it would be cheaper for us to use the deal. My math: One hour $42 including shoes and tax = 3 games for 4 people 1 game for $2 for 4 people including shoes and taxes $17.00 x 3= $51 now no where in the advertising did I see that the price was $2 per person per game. Don’t get me wrong we had a great time; but don’t tell me bowling 3 games in an hour is more expensive than your toonie deal.

Overall not a great experience. Took my ID as collateral for a buzzer and never got it back. Almost a week later I finally got it back. Just not worth the stress it caused me. And I certainly didn't get any compensation even though I drove to Ed's twice in one day because it "wasn't" there.

Went with a group of 11 for a company party. Had lots of money to spend but couldnt get any service. Bowling lanes are faulty when playing, they tend to freeze. On average it took staff well over 10 mins to even respond to our requests to fix the lanes. Tried to order food 4 times. I could understand if it was a busy time....fact is though that it was only 1 in the afternoon and the venue wasnt even 1/6 full.

It’s a nice place and has changed in the past few years! I love the couches they have to sit on while you bowl, so comfy and sleek. I recommend going right when they open to avoid a crowd because it gets busy really fast, at least on weekends! The food service was pretty slow when we ordered just a little it but the bowling itself was great!

It was fun and clean. I wish you could pay by the game instead of by the hour. My ADHD son lasted 1 game (15 minutes), but we had to pay for the full hour. I felt that it was a bit steep price-wise.

Prices are way to high compared to what they used to be $60/hour/lane is just stupid when you can go to Gateway Bowling and it's only $6/person/game. To make it worth while at Ed's, you basically need to have a big group of people, and then you're only going to get one game in that hour, plus they still charge you show rental as well! I would not recommend going here, it isn't worth the price.

It's an good place to hangout with friends. Like many good entertainment centers this place has its own ups and downs. The floors are not too slippery and not too rough, lots of ball choices, and the games come in cheap as well. However, the lanes are sometimes irregular as the pins can go out of lane and you might have to press the reset button every so often. The music that plays there during the night got changed which is a big turnoff, it used to be free but now you have to pay in order to request for a song. Finally,they really need to watch the seats when there are a lot of people since other tends to steal seats even though it's not assigned to them.

You would think costumer service on a monday night would be good when you have 3 tables to serve. We had 2 seperate waiters, waited 15/20 min to be asked for our drink order. Asked how long the food would be and she said 5 minutes because we only ordered fries. Weve been seated for 45 minutes and only have our "small freestyle drink cups" because god forbid they can give you a bigger cup when youre paying 5bucks for a pop. But its okay because it appears their bartender and waitress are just hitting it off while theres costumers waiting to be served. Good bowling when you dont factor in costumer service. Oh and not to mention theres not one single clean table in the restaurant, and they didnt offer to wipe ours down when they came to serve.

I just finished my very rushed,very awful experience at Ed's Rec Room. They have recently decided to charge bowling by time, and not by game. This has taken away all of the fun and relaxation from the game, and added an element of annoyance and panic. Also, your time begins to countdown the second you pay for it, leaving you rushing to put on your shoes and put your groups names into the system. And heaven forbid you need to take a bathroom break, or need a beverage! You don't get to PAUSE your time for ANYTHING. They didn't even have a server, so if you're hoping to have a couple beers, better get ready to run quick and get them yourself. The lane even malfunctioned a couple times, but there's no time to wait for a service worker to fix it, because they don't bother extending the time you've lost. I would have rather paid a few extra bucks a game than been forced to play a speedy game to get my monies worth. Extremely unimpressed, and will not be returning until they fix their rates.

Must visit place for bowling fans. I went there with my 5 other friends. And special fact is on Tuesday one can get bowling, shoes, food and service for each costing CAD 2.99. The staff is also humble and helpful. Atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The condition of the alley and service is also excellent. Once you visit this place you will feel it worth the long bus ride. Actually we went there for just one game but instead ended up playing 3. Would love to visit it again sometime.

One of my favourite places to bowl in the city. Thursdays All-You-Can-Bowl is an irresistible offer, if you love bowling. It's usually 9PM until closing, but big tip I learned is you can bowl much longer in the summer when the league ends for the season where you can bowl from 5PM until close. I'm not ashamed to admit, but I've done that a few times.

Only thing is they have us lane 27 which was having pin setup issues and I have no doubt in my mind that if it was working properly I would've bowled a 300 but instead I bowled a 58. Love bowling and playing pool here, but the lounge is an absolutely mess. After bowling, my 2 friends and I went into the lounge to eat before we headed home. We assumed it was self seating and that a staff member would be by to give us menus. I was mistaken, after sitting for 10 minutes ignored by the male staff member walking around, we had to grab menus ourselves from a table that had previously left them behind. Then, while looking through the menus, saw the male server talking to a female server, and they clearly knew we were here because they gestured towards us and made eye contact. However, we were still ignored for an other 20 minutes while other tables were served, so we left. Only one staff member was a joy, and it was the server who got us drinks while we were still bowling, she was busy with bowlers while we in the lounge otherwise I would have just approached her. The other workers were very rude and irritating and just ignored us until we left.

Just want to say thank you to the manager for changing my reservation from kingpin to regular bowling. I reserved 4 Kingpin lanes without realizing that it was not the regular bowling. The manager switched us to the regular lanes, thus saving the night for us. Thanks a lot, everyone had a blast. We haven't tried the food though, maybe next time. Overall, great experience

I went here on toonie tuesdays (when almost everything is worth a toonie) and i had a blast of a time! The bar was well stocked with many types of alcohol, and with a knowlegable bartender, the staff working the counters and transporting food and drinks from the bar were also quick at doing their jobs, were kind, and couteous. The bowling lanes were of good quality. They had a wide assortment of sizes of balls, and finger sizes drilled into them so that everybody could enjoy playing. All in all I had a great experience!

Nice place but expensive - and it wasn't even glow in the dark. I'm not sure if they ever do it glow in the dark but it was not the Sunday night I was there. Not a confident bowler so I prefer when the lights are dim and I don't have to feel so self conscious on if I look awkward or not. I think purell at the bowling stations would be a nice touch - we were eating an appetizer platter between our turns and felt it was a little germy. I also didn't find their balls balanced well. It was like other lanes had many weighted balls and we had next to none and one 1at the weight that worked for me. So I had to use a ball that was ideal 1st and then one that was too heavy to follow.

I get that at this very moment it’s “busier than normal” but with staff covering all areas of the business it leaves the lounge and other places at times devoid of workers. Still waiting after 40 minutes to see a server. Stood at the bar for 20 minutes with 6 workers walking around me chatting with each other and only the bartender can help me? Then I get one drink and when I go for another the bar is going through a “change over” and it’s closed for 20 minutes during their busiest hour? Then they don’t know how to make a paralyzer? Very Mickey Mouse operation I’m not impressed. Does it take 40 employees and 5 customers to have a good experience? I’m sorry, it’s just not worth it.

One of the BIGGEST facilities in Edmonton for 5 and 10 pin bowling. Rates are fairly competitive with other bowling alleys in town. Weekends are usually pretty busy. PLEASE NOTE: There is a smaller separate short lane 5 pin small bowling alley next to main reception that is ideal children, some seniors, etc... This bowling ally does not require the same physical strenght as the main bowling alley at Eds and is close to the elevator.

Bowling..who doesnt like bowling?! I came here for the first time in years. It was a Friday evening and the place was pretty full. It seemed a little more dated than I remember obviously. Shoes were torn and very old, options for variety of ball sizes were limited and the people in my group ordered food. I undersrand its not a 5 star restaurant but the food was ... well.. as you would expect at a bowling alley. Now.. I did have tons of fun. Ultimately the atmosphere in this caze didnt impact a lot of the activity. But in fairness to other reviews I had made I gave the star rating as such for the needed improvement as mentioned. I did leave with a huge smile though so thank you Eds! I hope you invest a little more in upkeep in the near future and Ill be back

It's a fun place to do some bowling with the family. It can be a little pricey but if you look at their special times it is a little more affordable. The food is ok. They definitely need to work on this area. A little more variety and more serving staff would greatly improve sales. The bar area where you get all drinks was also plagued with very long line ups. When your paying to bowl by the hour this is unacceptable in my opinion. But I do reccomend the bowling, fun was had by all.

Good place to spend time with the family. They have a Sunday deal that has 1 hour of bowling, pizza and a jug of pop for $40 bucks. we try to go in on that day, but they always have good deals. We don't have a bowling alley where we live so we make this a habit when we go. Cheap entertainment, you can't go wrong.

Had a good time other than everyone takes all of the light weight bowling balls so all there’s left is the heavy ones which you can’t bowl with very well. There would be like 2 people and they would take 9 light bowling balls… the canteen wasn’t open so you had to take time out of your game to walk all the way down to the restaurant. It was a bit expensive, $55 to play 1 hour of bowling considering all the negatives. OH it was also a Tuesday which they have “toonie tuesdays” promotion which still had to pay $55.

Terrible service! We will never book at Ed’s and highly recommend that you go bowling elsewhere. It’s Christmas time and I booked two lanes weeks in advance for a large group I was hosting. I received a call 4 days prior to my reservation and was told they double booked and I was out of luck. This is not this first time they made a mistake on my reservation. They did not offer any compensation or even apologize and the manager never called me back after I left three messages. If I could give them zero star I would!

Was in lane 22. The experience was not the greatest, with the balls getting stuck in the back. The staff was as helpful as can be. They may have been running short staff. At times the only thing a customer needs is an explanation of what is happening. I was moved to a different lane but felt that the service could have been better

We spend our time in Ed's in the pool room. It's a little back room with small tables, like they were trying to pack in as many as possible. The room has kind of a dead feel to it, but I guess if it's full on a Saturday night it would be OK. The tables are not level, so make sure you use good hard strokes with the cue.

Always fun to come here with the family, or a night out with the guys. We like to come here with the kids and use the new 5 pin lanes with the bumpers for the kids. They love it and like to use the plastic dinosaur ramps to help them get the balls down the lane. It can get pretty busy, and the price can be a little step for family night, but you gotta keep the kids happy.

RUDE PEOPLE! We had a disappointing experience at Ed's Rec Room in April 2017. When arriving at Ed's Rec Room, a lady at the front desk was very rude to our group because some of our group had Multi-play passes and some didn’t. She said the people with play passes cannot play with people without the play passes because play-pass people only get 1 game of bowling. I explained that as per the online rules, play-pass holders are allowed to play 1 hour per day, she refused. She said that in order to play, everyone has to pay the cost of 1 hour well as the shoes (including people with play-pass). We explained that the people with play passes will split the cost of the 1-hour lane ($60), but at least the people with play-pass should get the shoes for free. The staff lady refused saying this is now allowed. As a result we all had to pay for the lane and shoed, even the people with Multi-Play pass. This girl was not accommodating and I am very disappointed I paid a year of play-pass and getting this kind of service from their staff. Please, either update the rules and regulations for Ed’s Rec Room or inform their staff that people with Play-pass are allowed 1 hour of game per user. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE SOUTH COMMON'S REC ROOM. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!

Had a kids party here. It's hit and miss with the front line staff. I get that it's a busy atmosphere. Bowling lanes are great. Both adults and kids had fun. The place is spacious , pricing is fair. Location has an outside entrance, so you don't have to go through the mall, if you are bringing in balloons and cake. The mall is accessible from the location so that's a bonus.

Bought into the multi player pass for the mall experience and have sat for now 45 mins with 4-7 lanes empty at a time and I'm still not in bowling. Guy at counter said they were reserved. Could have bowled 1 game and been gone by now. Watched a group come in and buy the $42 special with a game and pizza and pop and get a lane right away. Maybe don't be part of the multi player pass pack if you don't want to honour the pass. Terrible customer service ????

This is the only bowling alley that I've been to in the last 10-15 years, so it's hard for me to compare. I had enjoyed every visit to this place, especially those days when they had chicken wings specials. Plus, neon bowling in the dark is a lot of fun, too.

Great place, gave them two stars because they were not very organized given how busy Friday nights are for bowling. Even though we had a reservation (10 minutes early) we had to wait in line with the walk-in people, which used up some of our time. They were under staff given how busy it is on Friday nights. I would recommend having a separate person deal with reservations. Staff were great though and very helpful (5 stars)

Was fun though a bit expensive we had to change lanes 3 times and our score was messed up in the process also they don't provide any change if you pay cash we paid for the lane at the front and they had no change for us so we had no choice but leave them a tip and then at the bar buying drinks and food again no change so you're either going to have to pay with debit or credit if you want any control on how much you tip or bring lots of small bills and change so you don't over pay for everything

Arrived Saturday at 6:30pm. After waiting longer than 2 hours for a lane our buzzer didn't buz even though on the chart we were suppose to be ready. After waiting in line for service they gave us a lane but the tables at this lane were covered in the previous group's garbage. So we had to clear it off ourself. They are really nice lanes (glow on Saturday) but the customer service was non existent and when asking for help staff gave you attitude. New to Edmonton and looking for a better bowling alley!

We had a great time at the Ed's Bowling. They have a very well-organized bowling alley for both adults and kids. They have plenty of lanes to play and enough seating area. They provide everything, from shoes, socks etc to various shaped balls depending on your choice. All the displays in every lane are smart that update your score automatically. We saw a bar and restaurant in this place, but not sure if they are open due to the pandemic. And ofcourse, they are doing an excellent job during this COVID-19 situation. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have gone here many, many times over the years, and always have had great experiences. The staff are friendly and helpful. The daily specials make it affordable. They have a bowling afternoon for People with Disabilities at a discounted rate! So they are community minded. The only thing that is a bit frustrating is that their kitchen can be slow at times, but the food is delicious. A nice place for a family outing.

The lanes are too dry to use my desired bowling equipment. My high end reactive bowling ball gets extremely stained black by the matting when it hits at the end of the lane. That or it could be the belts. I scrubbed the shine off my ball to get it off which requires a job to put back on after just one visit. If that problem could be fixed it would be a great bowling centre. The left sink faucet in the men's bathroom has had poor water flow for over a year.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They asked for my drivers license before they would even put me on a wait list, fine although I don't they should be. Then forget to give it back to me. Called next day when I noticed my drivers license was missing and they said they gave it to WEM security. Called them and they already handed it to the police. Awesome, thanks for the inconvenience. Table was also filthy when we took over our lane, didn't get cleared till after our first game. If i could give you zero stars, I would.

I remembered why I don't bowl here often if at all. Although the Pool tables and foosball tables are great the bowling balls are in horrendous shape. You could hear the balls make sounds with the big divots that some of them had going down the alleys. Gateway Lanes takes way better care of their stuff. But if you're just looking for a fun time sure, go to Ed's but if you want a good 10 pin bowling alley, I'd recommend many other places around the city.

I'm really sorry I hate giving bad reviews but I must. Our experience was awful and expensive. We paid $125 to bowl and we were the only group there so at first it seemed pretty cool. When we started bowling it was fine until we went to start our second turns. The lane then froze and wouldnt start again. We tried getting help but the one guy working there was up front on his phone not paying attention to us. So when he finally came to help us he put us on the lane beside us which wouldnt work at all so again we had to go find him and we told him it wouldn't work and he didnt offer us any other solution and tried putting us back on the first lane that didnt work. We refused his offer and asked if we could just get a refund seeing as he didnt want to come up with a better solution or explain to us why we couldnt try maybe one more lane seeing as there were several lanes and only us there. He offered us a pitcher of flat warm seven up and then gave us a free ticket to come back, and what have another awful experience, no thanx. At this point I would just like to have my money back. He offered to let guest services know to get in contact with me then let us out. We will see if anyone gets a hold of me or not. I doubt it. Not a good time at all.

My kids love coming here. They have small lanes for young children and also regular lanes. One thing I love is that when we're in the regular lanes my younger children can use bumpers. They do have a variety of weights but it can be tricky to track down the lighter balls. The lanes are great but the service os mediocre. They always seem to be short staffed. Tuesdays is toonie bowling - definitely the best time to go if you want a cheaper family night

We had a staff Christmas party here. Our little kids loved it! It was great they had the contraption for them to use as well as bumpers for bowling. The pizza was sub par as were the wings. There was no food for people with dietary restrictions. Very funky and fun atmosphere. Hard to find for a newcomer to the West Ed. We would definitely go back though.

We did the Alien Escape Room here. Almost finished. Group was a mix of first timers and veterans. I felt the difficulty was just right, not too hard, but hard enough that you felt some accomplisemt when you figured it out. Room itself seemed like they spent some thought and money into the design, which was nice. Finally, the attendant, which I completely forget his name, was also really good. He was relaxed and focused on us having a good time, rather than just wanting to tell us the rules and leaving.

This was the worst place to go we were there for 1 hour and lasted 20 minutes because apparently we were too drunk and we got escorted out by security we ordered one drink. Absolutely appoled by the lack of respect I felt like a horrible person. Don't go there if you are trying to have fun because apparently that is wrong. First time going and we will NEVER go back!!! After spending 1500 on a hotel room to be disrespected like that totally uncalled for really hurt our feelings. We are from Regina and expected better treatment!!! First time visiting, we had booked online our slot prior to, upon arrival we had realized we booked the wrong lane(shorter lane), they quickly ressolved the issue and were able to accommodate us for 9pm instead of 8:15 our original time. They were Quick to call and let us know the lane was available. Acquiring our bowling balls and shoes was Fast and (wish I had gotten her name) lady behind the counter was super sweet and accommodating answered all questions we had. During bowling one of our pins got away and was towards us in the gutter, soon as we had notified staff they had someone remove it right away :) ordered deep fired oreos yum yum all the lights, glow of the white, the alleys themselves comfy seating the staff the cleanliness ???????????? Now I have to wait 5 days for it to refund. Next I go into the mall to book it because the website isn’t working for me clearly. He charges me for the wrong cheaper one after I asked many times to confirm which lane he was booking. I had to wait for him to speak with his manager or something and do YET another charge. I get to my lane and the table is covered in old drinks and cans, the staff simply moved them after I went up to the counter and complained. I paid $75 for this + shoe rentals for this? Didn’t wipe the tables or anything. My lanes weren’t functioning correct so it had to be reset and time was wasted dealing with other peoples old drinks so we didn’t even finish our game! Waste of my money. Horrible service on my birthday. I will not be coming back.

Went to the opening night of Black Widow, during the preview they feature Ed's Bowling advertisments with all the deals available, so I plan a day to take the kids on a Wednesday. Still using ads to promote Wednesday deals all you can bowl $25 or whatever until you go in and are told "they aren't doing any promotions right now due to covid". That is called false advertising and is literally a suable offense. Overall extremely disappointed with this company. Looks like Gateway is going to receive my business from now on.

On Sunday March 26th around 1pm I went to ED's bowling for a fun game but ended up leaving embarrassed & frustrated. I was NOT notified of your outside beverage policy until AFTER I paid for bowling! Only AFTER we kindly declined drinks from our waitress was the manager THEN sent over. Mid-game I was asked to throw my full beverage in the garbage. I paid for bowling, I paid for my coffee, I was not notified beforehand, I will throw it away only when its finished. Your manager referred to a sign I was never shown & I was asked to leave. I was never offered a re-fund. I did NOT appreciate the public confrontation nor do I believe it's smart to turn away business in this economy. As someone with years of managerial experience (even in high class resturants) l have NEVER supported the outside purchase policy. It's a total money grab. Paying customers CAN support multiple businesses at a time. They dictate how THEIR money is spent. Years of lost business over a $2 coffee. I have no issue with the manager doing his job to enforce policies he is given. I'm hoping you'll reconsider the policy entirely as it is already turning away paying customers. *Please note you allow other open beverages on the floor, my closed coffee was not a spilling hazard* Thank you for your time.

Love their Kingpin suite. It's great for my young children who can bowl quite well without using the guards or a guide. Food tastes great though their "large" fries is a little on the small side. Also would be nice if it was served on real plates or at least compostable ones. These are merely minor quibbles and I am delighted to rate five stars.

Its and ok place.located in west edmonton mall. Entrance next to sports check on the second level. Parking near five A, five C and A 3. If you have trouble finding it, its also near bed bath and beyond and t and t market. Good for parties. Mainly for kids though not a whole lot else to do besides bowl or play a few video games they have. They also have a escape room. I never tried it or seen it but seems like it might be pretty cool to check out. They do serve food and drinks here. Again i didn't try the food or drinks so i can't say a whole lot about it. I was here on a Sunday and seem pretty dead besides a cheerleading party. The bowling is glow in the dark. They also have mini bowling as well. Parking is close to the door but can be hard to find a spot depending on the time of day or day of the week since it is shared with the rest of west edmonton mall.

Our family loves to come here and bowl as often as we can. With the multi play pass we get 4 hours of bowling a day, which we can almost never finish as we get exhausted. So I call lady answers says there isn't really much see can do for me as she can't see it on her end. So I bring my phone open the statement and still they tell me there is nothing they can do as it's there POLICY NOT TO REFUND IN THIS SITUATION. Basically avoiding responsibility for there systems failure.

Horrible communication skills by the people working at the front. I go up had to pretty much yell to get the people to notice. I had to wait on the wait list but the again they didn't even ask my name. Then after waiting on the chairs in plain view they let other people go ahead of us who weren't on the wait list! Suddenly my name which was "guest" was no longer on the wait list. I will never go back and nobody I know will ever get a positive remark about that place from me. Worst experience that can't be fixed.

I am deeply dissapointed in the customer service and behaviour of the staff and manager. Dusty Shmidt was the manager on duty. She argued with us when one of the patrons were given food containing ingredients they are severely allergic too (the patron had asked for the ingredients prior to ordering to ensure any foods containing their allergies would be omitted from their order). We had to walk up tto the counter you get our drinks refilled because of the lack of service, though we were the only table seated. It was a very dissapointing evening out!

Good prices, fun atmosphere, but the pool tables have seen better days, and there aren't many either. Would recommend somewhere else if that is what you are looking to play. Bowling lanes are good, but staff aren't super attentive.

The doors are open but no ones home. Three times we went here with the kids for what is supposed to be family day, travelling 45 minutes and they have the time wrong on the website the staff doesn't have a clue when you call ahead to see if its it's open and you cant make same day reservations. So you have no idea till you get there cause the staff doesnt even know what's going on if its reserved or not till you travel and its booked up. Every time bad experience wont be back here try gateway bowling.

Contemplating not returning seeing as they made our group feel like we didn’t matter what so ever. So disappointed in this “business”. We left because they made us extremely uncomfortable. A nice centre for bowling and a pretty nice arcade area. Food is tasty and the portions are very nice sized. We were there for a bowling tournament for my daughter. I went to the counter and asked for a regular menu, as the menu that was out on our table was a "plant-based" menu. I asked the server if all of their food was veggie. She said no and then proceeded to give me the same menu that I had. Then proceeded to help another patron. We finally went to the bar to order our own food and drinks. Disappointing.

I had booked for my son's birthday, and I am beyond disappointed. We had to constantly go hunting for someone to help us with where to get our drinks from, where to get smaller bowling balls for the kids, and had to ask twice for the bumper guards to get turned on. It also took 40mins for us to get our mini donuts. I spent most of the hour hunting down customer service for assistance with something. This experience was certainly not worth the 185$ I paid. I would not recommend!

The pool tables are coin operated size and the felt needs to be replaced badly on ALL the tables. Bowling is decent, if overpriced. The attached bar, I've been ignored the last 2 times for an uncomfortably long time. If pool is your thing, go elsewhere. Toonie tuesday is a decent bargain.

Enjoyed eds received room so much, was a blast till we had technical difficulties with the lane we were bowling on. Paid for an hour of time and finished the first game in 27 minutes. Then ran out of time when we had 33 minutes left. Took all the way down to 25 minutes and we're not reimbursed for the time but told we were. Terrible terrible service when we tried to rectify the problem. Was told it would be 15 dollars to get more time. Just awful!

This was such a highlight of our trip. The kids had a blast and I can’t say enough good things about the staff working at Ed’s bowling. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. If you have kids make sure you get there before 7 as it gets very busy after that and you could be waiting a while for a lane.

Visited last week and will not likely go back the food was cold the service was pretty lackluster. Staff seem to be missing a personality . I witnessed a female manager in her office by the bowling counter yelling at staff I was in shock that this happened in front of customers when I asked my server who she was she stated her name was elyria and she was the manager . Took our boys bowling for the first time here. We did the Kingpin so that the lanes were shorter for the kids. Everyone had an awesome time. I took one star away as booking online would not work and kept coming up with an error message. I had emailed and texted the contact info provided on their website to try to book in advance however the email sent back an error message and no one ever answered the message so we ended up just having to go without advanced booking. It would have also been nice if the centre lanes were blocked off due to covid instead of having two lanes open right beside eachother and having the seating blocked off between the two. It didn't allow for enough seating for our family. Covid measures were being taken - all balls and areas were being sanitized after each use.
