i brought my son back in mid to late october before the initial covid lockdown after another barber butchered my son's hair. their scheduling system is pretty straightforward. you could probably call and book an appointment. i remember a female staff member calling to remind me of our appointment and gave us some parking information, which i really appreciated. on our appointment date, we arrived about 10 minutes early. we were offered water and a place to sit. they even had 2k set up on their playstation and had my son play on it. he didn't get to play longer because the barber was ready right on time. my son got a crisp lineup with a clean high-top fade. regarding the barber shop's cleanliness, it pretty clean. they sweep up after each person and disinfect. there is a toronto-inspired mural on the wall that adds to the youthful esthetic. all the staff are polite and professional, and most importantly kind. when we first went to this shop you would have believed they were in business for years but they're w only a couple of months old. their knowledge and professionalism are astonishing and are one of the reasons why we continued to use their services. as a parent i was initially worried about bringing my child to a barber i didn't know but believe me, there is nothing to worry about. tell them what you are looking for or bring in a picture, like i did and they'll work wonders. i trusted my son's barber so much so that we just let him do whatever design he feels is best and we've never been let down. we recommend this shop. p.s this is a family-run business that values are shown by how they interact with their clients and community. they are very much involved in employing the youth and uplifting the community. that alone should tell you who and what the shop stands for. i advise you to have a conversation with the owner and staff members you come to realize you in good hands. we appreciate their efforts and they in turn respect our time. happy 1 year ????❤

Had a haircut with Bandz. Great experience, extremely kind and professional. It was my first to a new barber in a while and I can say he nailed the cut exactly like I usually get from other shops. But usually other shops take a few tries to nail, so I'm impressed! Coming back again for sure. Edit: GF called it my best haircut yet!

This was my first time getting my hair and beard done somewhere new. They had reached out to me via Instagram which I have to say a huge "Thanks" as I had no idea they were in my area. They were all so polite and awesome guys and so was the receptionist. They offered me water and they all were so professional and hardworking. Hairline pushed back, Hairline is crooked, cuts on hairline(have to hide it with my hairs), cuts on neck, didn't perform haircut correctly, used the black dye to try and make up for poor line up.

The cut would have been good except the barber used the shaver too roughly to fade the back of my neck and no warm cloth or aftershave. Ended up getting some pretty bad razor bumps that have taken a while to go away. The barber was a newer guy so probably the more experienced barbers are better.
