I like my studio! Always get what I ask for!

Usually a good studio but I think the girl I had needs a little more experience. I had really long hair (lower back) and wanted to take a significant amount off (mid back) with long layers. Stylist didn’t confirm length. Just started cutting. So a little shorter than I would have liked. But hair grows back. Couldn’t see much of what was going on since I was facing to the side watching another client get a great haircut. Never did get long layers I requested. Just some chopping into my ends after blow dried. Not an overall bad haircut but I know it will look bad in a few months when it gets heavy without the layers.

I have and so excited for Carrie and her team - the studio is beautiful, comfortable and in my opinion the best in Southwestern Ontario! Carrie and all the stylists are so up to date with all the latest techniques and styles, you know you are getting something on the 'cutting edge'! When you come here you can relax and get pampered - LOVE the scalp massage - you don't get that anywhere else!!! Always look forward to my appointments!

These girls are the best. I go to Danielle for cut and colour and to Jenn and Carrie for extensions when needed and its always great! Its also a very relaxing environment and the girls are very professional and friendly.

I just left here a happy girl. It took me a really long time to find a place where I could leave feeling good about my hairstyle, but everytime I have been here I have felt that way. The salon is very clean and stylish and the prices are more than reasonable. I follow them on social media and another thing I really like about them is you can just tell they care. Booked a back to back appointment for myself and my daughter, the lady doing my hair was great, however, my daughter being a normal 4yr old, was a little fussy. Had another lady working there comment that if my daughter didn't stop moving around they would only do a wash and cut, even though I had asked for a style and blow dry. Everything was fine until that co-worker made that comment. I even got my daughter to stay still after she made that comment. However. My expectations regarding this establishment has gone down hill. She is a 4yr old child, I don't believe the way they handled this situation was professional at all. I understand that there is cleaning to be done, but I booked a back to back appointment. They were pushy and rushed our hair cuts and didn't provide the rest of the service I requested. Not impressed, and will not be returning. If anyone has kids, please choose to go elsewhere, as they do not seem to have the patience to cut children's hair, nor the experience to actually take the time and do a proper cut. Didn't receive the the "full service" that is included in there pricing, which is stated on their website. Update: March.18,2021 While I appreciate having someone read this review and reply, it seems to me that they are wording their response in a way as to not cast blame upon themselves. I'd like to point out, that there were no other customers in for the back to back appointment we booked. And while again I appreciate them taking the time to clean and sanitize, that has nothing to do with the fact that they didn't finish the service requested. For them to reply and state that "we are also responsible for client safety and ensuring proper social distancing guidelines are being observes" proves to me, in my opinion, what I said earlier is that they do not know how to handle children and if you have a child who needs a haircut, I would suggest going elsewhere, my child Sat down after your comment and was good. A Back to back appointment should have given them enough time to complete our haircuts etc. Stop trying to word your replys in a way that pushes the blame on other, I've also went back and read your past replies to other comments and it seems this is an on going occurence, man up, admit you didn't handle the situation well, and go from there. Sincerely, a very upset customer.

I’ve tried out quite a few hair salons/stylists before finding Jen at Creative Images, and I couldn’t be happier to finally have a hair salon that I’m happy to keep coming back to. Jen is simply the best hairdresser I’ve ever had.. The cut and colour is always exactly what I want because Jen is not only good at what she does, but because she listens to what I want. I appreciate that I’m always able to get in right away, that the salon is bright and inviting, and love that I can set up appointments via Facebook. Can’t ask for anything more in a hair stylist/salon!

The girl who did the boys haircut had no idea what she was doing. She did not cut the hair properly at all and boys hair look worse, as they are not cut evenly and properly. Some part of the hair are longer than the other and does not look like it’s been cut by a professional because it’s not. I regret going to this place and should have kept the hair they had. Will not be going back here at all and do not recommend taking your kids here. Did not find them kid friendly.

I had the best experience with Jen for my nano hair extensions! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and supportive as I made the decision to change my hair up! She matched it so well with my natural colour that people just thought it was all my hair! I've never been with a Stylist for as long as I've been going to Carrie at Creative Images. Maybe because stylists at other salons just cut my hair like the picture I showed them (and not always well). The Stylists at Creative Images do so much more! The won't touch your hair until they do a complete consultation to learn about your lifestyle, hair type, personal style, how much time you have to style each day, and more... all the things that matter when you want the best look for you. Over the years Creative Images has helped me achieve different looks-- precise angled bobs, long layers, bangs, highlights -- and they all looked great! (and the scalp massage is the icing on the cake) They also offer great products, makeup and makeup application. An awesome group of Stylists and an awesome salon!

Discussed high lites and low lites. Went thru pics on her lap top. Pics on my phone. Was told she could do this. Wrong. I like blonde streaks. My hair is darker than when I went in there. Does not look like the pics we discussed. And Way overpriced for what you get for partial foils $225 with tip. I would get the same in Mississauga for $80-$100.

I haven't had as many compliments on my hair as since I started going to Danielle at Creative Images. Not many people know what to do with thick, curly hair but Danielle does an amazing job and the highlights are fabulous!

I have lived in Woodstock for 5 years now and am blonde. I am so picky with my blonde tone, so making sure to find the right studio was very, very important to me. I honestly, cannot recommend Creative Images enough! Jen is amazing with understanding the tones I’m going for, the cuts I want and an expert at hair extension installation and blending (I’ve had those too)! I put a lot of time and research into picking my salon when I moved here, and just wanted to share my experience, for anyone else doing their own research. Highly recommend!!

Carrie and the staff at Creative Images are the best. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to really listen to what you want. When I first came to Carrie my hair was extremely damaged and it was priority for her to get it healthy again by not over processing it.
