Ashley W. is the best, I left the salon feeling like a whole new woman! Ashley walked me through every step of the process and did a great job of really listening to what I wanted out of my visit. She answered any and all questions and concerns I had about my hair, making me feel like a valued client. She suggested certain products based on my hair type and even gave me styling tips for at home. This wasn't an average or generic 'cut & colour,' this was a luxiourious hair care experience tailored to meet my own specific and unique hair needs, I really feel pampered and taken care of. I'm going to send all my friends to Ashley, she is truly a master of her craft. I cant wait to visit Verde again!

I can't recommend their service purely for the reason that they willfully lied to me to get out of a mistake. l had asked for a silver ombre and they didn't bleach my hair enough for it. They bleached it until they probably didn't have more time to spend on me and then just began colouring anyways. They brought me back to the mirror, revealing to me my hair full of dark red streaks and then told me that they 'chose a more subtle colour because it was my first time getting colour'. We never once talked about a different colour and they were completely silent with me until they had to show me the results. It was a bold faced lie to get around the fact that they didn't do it right. Even if it was not a lie, that would mean that they had made that decision without even consulting me once. I called back the next day and explained how I felt betrayed by having such a decision made for me and that my hair was nothing like I had wanted and they admitted that they didn't bleach enough and this was the best they could do. To their credit, they invited me back to have it touched up but having my hair treated twice in two days really damaged it. My hair now, instead of black with crimson red streaks, is a mixture of black with dirty blonde and brown streaks. This was a complete disappointment and I feel awful every time I see myself in the mirror. I walked in nervous but excited and they took advantage of my inexperience with colour to cover up a mistake. I would recommend you look elsewhere.

Had an amazing experience with Andrew. Highly recommend him. He took the time to listen and was very attentive to details. He's also just super fun! Be prepared for an up sale at checkout of their products. New clients get a sample package which is a nice touch. Free parking at the Seasons location. Not packed, and everyone was friendly. Felt safe and the entire salon was clean.

I went for a blow out for some self care, and was not disappointed! Bethany was just lovely and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. The salon itself is beautiful, and all the staff are friendly and professional, it's a super comfortable environment. The price was great and it came with a complimentary mini facial and beverage. They also gave me some free shampoo samples. I could not recommend this salon more, can't wait for my next appointment!

It was my first time at Verde seasons, i was able to get in right before the restrictions. I needed a trim but also a refresh on my highlights, and figured i take a risk in case i dont get to go back for months. I was booked with a Level 2 stylist Courtney and she was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything i said i was looking for, was very attentive, made suggestions and expained exactly what she was doing and was able to do, asked me questions along the way and made sure there wasnt anything unsaid or unclear. I really liked that! She was alos unhurried - in a very good way! I have a lot of hair, and typically stylists dont pace themselves properly and end up rushing the procees, even the ones who worked with my hair before. Yet Courtney was very calm and composed, she didnt rush, and on top of that took extra time while washing my hair and made the whole process extremely relaxing. I was definitely very pleasantly surprised with the salon environment and Courtney as a stylist and her approach. I would love to come back and see Courtney again, and will be recommending her to anyone who listens :D

It was my first time at Verde Seasons location for a toner and cut with Danielle. The experience from walking in to walking out was all around the best experience in a hair salon. Usually after the stylist ask what you would like done to your hair, they would get straight to it either getting the products ready, etc but the first thing she did was give my a head/neck/shoulder a massage which has never happened before! My hair looks amazing and I was given a small first time customer complimentary box which was a nice touch. It's on the other side of the city for me but I'm definitely going back as it was worth it!

Photos speak for themselves but.. I have had rough experiences with hairstylists for the longest time. But Verde Salon really changed the game!! The Staff- Extremely understanding of the budget and my needs, making the best out of my damaged and brassy hair. Arti showed me photos online of different styles, allowing me to pick the ones I liked. The process was four hours but it felt like two. She was very easygoing and kept the conversation going. The Vibe- The salon is very tidy and clean, with the staff sanitising great each product after use. The stations are placed further apart, so each tenant has their own personal space. The furniture are comfortable and clean, the floor to ceiling windows allows great sunlight in the salon. The Results- Don’t let the title ‘Junior Stylists’ fool you!They are very skilled and gentle, putting your comfort as their priority. Arti checks in with the senior stylist every now and then to make sure everything is on track. She taught me afterwards of how I could take care of my hair, keep the colour, what products to use etc. Absolutely amazing! Will definitely recommend and be back in no time.

I had a level 2 hair stylist named Kat and I’d give Kat a 6/5 if it was possible! I really appreciated how Kat took her time from the start with deciding what she can do to my hair to get what I wanted but at a lower price than the initial quote. Kat really took her time with every step and she was probably the most thorough hair stylist I’ve ever had do my hair! She was also an amazing head massager, I definitely felt so relaxed I almost fell asleep. She was super easy to talk to and I had such an awesome time! The prices can be high but honestly it was REALLY WORTH IT! (I’d like to acknowledge that this is coming from a broke college student in debt)

I really like this salon. You basically get to choose what you pay for your service by choosing your level of stylist. I have had services done with a few stylists at various levels. Don't be afraid to book with the Level 1 stylists, they are highly capable and at such a nice salon, you won't mind the slightly longer service times. All the stylists at Verde make your experience enjoyable! Plus free coffee, you can't go wrong!
