I was searching for a Barber in late 2017. I went to a couple places but I wasn't happy. One Saturday in December 2017 I decided to type into Google "best barber in White Rock" and Moe's name popped up. I checked out the website and saw he had to close due to fire damage at the complex the shop had just moved into. I kept reading and saw he was at Sin 7 Salon while the complex his shop was in went through restoration. I walked in sat down and have been going back every 3 weeks since. Moe is not only a fantastic Barber, but also a great guy, I always look forward to coming to see Moe. I strongly recommend giving Moe at Pacifica Barber Shop a visit and see for yourself!

As soon as the pandemic started, I looked for a barbershop following protocol as I parted ways with my hairdresser of ten-plus-year. I went to four shops prior to finding Moe. He is doing a terrific job during this pandemic to ensure everything is sanitized, such as the door handle, seat and utensils in between every customer. I feel incredibly safe in his barbershop because he only allows the client whose hair he will be cutting inside and make the others wait outside. He is also proactive in reminding me to bring my mask as I can genuinely tell he cares about the customer's safety and his own as he is always wearing a mask and gloves. Moe has been doing a terrific job during his pandemic as he goes beyond the government's protocols as his top priority safety.

Not only is Mo a great barber and easy to contact for booking appointments, he is the most diligent person I have met when it comes to ensuring the shop is sanitized and ready for the next customer. Not only does he sanitize the area where he cuts, he wipes down the door handles too, and only allows one customer at a time in the space. I'm always confident the space is safe for me and my son when I take him there. He's a top notch guy, great to talk to, and does an amazing job on my fade. 5 star review for a 5 star guy!

Moe focuses on what's good for your hair and beard instead of just doing a non-personal approach as I've seen with other barbers. He gives good advice and made a few corrections that helped greatly. I had been getting my beard cut "wrongly" for several years by my prior barber, and Moe fixed that issue on the first time I went. The improvement was astounding. He never rushes and pays attention to detail. Conversations are good, and he's extremely friendly. The prices are great so I'd say give him a shot and see what he can do for you.

Most shops will just give you a standard haircut, but here, you will get a custom tailored cut and some education. I have been going to Moes Barbershop for 4 years now and the main thing i can say is that Moe has mastered his craft. The haircuts and different styles he is able to do are seemingly endless. For instance, I have changed my haircut a few times or let moe pick one and have always loved the result. Moe is also very quick and precise. I have a lot of hair and it still only takes him 15 mins to finish up. The new shop he has designed is absoiutely beautiful inside, as well as very comfortable. There are 4 comfy chairs to wait in (if need be), as well as music and tvs on the wall. The availability of speciality products, such as gel or shave cream, is above any other shop and i even bought my beard razor there, he ordered it in for me. Moe is like family to me and he will treat you in the same manner. Whether it is your first cut or your 106th, he will treat you kindly and respectfully and give you the best haircut! I first met Moe Toufic in 2006 when he was located in the Newton area of North Surrey. At that time, I was looking for someone I could trust to trim my beard on a regular basis. I am pleased to say that Moe fit the bill perfectly! In the ensuing years I followed Moe when he relocated to South Surrey, working with his two brothers, and then to his current location at Pacific Barbers. I regularly traveled from North to South Surrey to ensure that the superior service provided by Moe could continue to be received. After the devastating fire at the Pacific site, he temporarily moved to his present location up the street. Moe is very kind, with a great sense of humor towards his customers. Having recently moved from Surrey to Chilliwack, I still try to visit his shop if I am ever in the area.

Pacific Barber was the first Barber I found when I moved to White rock. I am so lucky to have found this barber before having to try so many others. Moe is an extremely happy and friendly person. Always a good time to come in and get a trim. Always accommodating for my hectic schedule. I simply call and he finds me a time that works. I've recently had to move more north into Surrey but I still make the drive out to Pacific barber and always leave looking like a million bucks! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
