I have been a loyal customer since moving to White Rock 4 years ago. I have my hair cut coloured and styled on the regular by Mandeep. I also have eyebrow threading. I can't give enough praise to Mandeep and her staff for the wonderful service that they provide. They are welcoming and helpful. It's a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this Salon.

The lady that did my brows was very in cooperative and rushed through my appointment to get to others leaving my brows very uneven. She also was eating fries before and did not wash her hands. Would definitely not come back.

It’s close to my home. I found it reasonable in the beginning, they raised their prices later. The service you get is not consistent. Staff turnover is fast.I wish they try to retain their good staff.

I asked to wax the sides of my face and she wanted to charge me for full face wax. She then cut me with the thread under my eye, upper lip, lower lip, chin during waxing and threading. Very rough and unprofessional. She blamed it on my acne and that I wasn’t holding it tight enough but scratched me in at least 6 different places. Do not recommend

I normally take get my eyebrows done here. Service here is quick, pleasant and personable. The prices are extremely reasonable, and there is often little to no wait time if you are a drop in. The shop itself could use an decor upgrade, but it certainly does not take away from the overall experience. I highly recommend this place be on your list of go to shops for your hair removal needs!

Not at all professional! Took me in first and after my husband drove off then the two girls started arguing among themselves because one of them had to leave early... also confused abt how to get the right shade for my highlights! I don’t ill be ever visiting them again ????????

I came with my mom once previously to thread and to dye my eyebrows which was done amazingly. However, this time when I came with my mom to get our haircut, the lady that did our hair was so rude and unprofessional. She charged my mom for extra for styling even though my mom did not ask for her hair to be curled. The layers were done very choppy and when we said we didn’t know we had to book a wash AND cut because we’ve never done that before the lady rose her voice at my mom and said “actually ma’am every place has their own style” and my mom already feeling anxious because of how horrible her hair was said “oh I know I was just saying because we didn’t know” and even when we paid my mom said she didn’t want her to think we were being rude at all and the lady made no comment. I was so infuriated by how this lady spoke to my mom when all she did was ask a question. As someone who had worked in multiple avenues of customer service I was so disappointed. Such a shame this happened because the other lady who did our eyebrows the previous time was so nice to work with and to be around. If I could give the First Lady 10 stars I would. The lady who cut my hair however was awful.

I have been going to happy hair for a while to get my eyebrows threaded. I always say "just a clean up do not take too much off". After my last expirience my eyebrows are completley uneven, one of the ends is taken off completley and they are soooo thin. I had been growing my eyebrows out the past year so it was very dissapointing that this happened. When I called to complain they did not even offer a refund, very unprofessional

With taking care of your personal care, let’s face it.. it can be uncomfortable, awkward and painful. Mandeep has a way of making you feel welcome, and none of the above. She’s my secret White rock girl, she’s fast, professional, not to mention THOROUGH I’ll be forever happy I’ve found her and there is no where else I go for all my personal care. I have been getting my eyebrows dyed and threaded here for over 5 years. Mandeep the owner is simply the best. I have super light brows and she still does an amazing job! Great service, great prices and a very relaxing atmosphere. She always does my brows just right, I wont go anywhere else! Thanks for all the years of wonderful service :)

I've been getting all of my waxing services done here for years. The staff are all really friendly and great at dealing with my sensitive skin. The owner Mandeep is exceptional at what she does. The environment is super comfortable and the prices are very much affordable! Highly recommend.

Asked for a perm to give my hair body..I went home with it being just a bit wavy and no body or curls within a week. I have not gone back because my hair is very dry now and it is pointless to try giving me another perm at this time. I will never go back. The girls were nice and polite, but I didn’t’t like that they spoke to each other in their mother Indian tongue, that was just rude.

17Dec2019 - the lady that threaded my eyebrows did a poor job, she did Not understand my request to leave my eye brow shape as thick as possible - her threading job was not worth $10, she did not bother to shape my brows, she just butchered them- Not A Happy Customer, I will Not Be Back and I Will not be recommending this place.Regretfully yours.
