Amazing place and amazing people. Walked into thinking as if, it is a normal barber shop, soon I realized they have a Boeing 727 business class seats. Loved it ! I found Pintor on Google and saw they had a five star rating. I was lucky enough to get the owner to cut my hair. His name is Fredy. he’s also a pilot for Air Canada and a total entrepreneur. Very cool guy. The haircut was exactly what I wanted, plus I got a hot towel wrapped around my neck to finish it off. It’s a great experience. I’ve also entered a draw to potentially go on a flight with Freddy. It’s an awesome place. Highly recommended.

Max cut my hair today, and it was a wonderful experience. Booked via google (very easy). Living in the west side, my options for what I want is very limited (fade/taper sides, annoying asian prickly hair at the top). I love the pampering and service of Japanese Hair salons in town, but they usually dont do the sides well. Barbers usually butcher the top of my head. I may have found the happy medium with Max!! I would say Max's skills (Korea-trained + 3 years Richmond/Downtown) to be on par with other "Master Stylists" in Japanese salons for Men's cut- attention to detail, understand what bugs me visually. Finished with a hot towel - nice touch. I look forward to going back again. Highly recommend Max for guys who want a clean cut and a good fade/taper.

I wanted to try a new barber and chose them because of their reviews. Generally I'm happy with the results but there were some issues: 1. I booked the appointment online and charged extra money just for booking but when I showed up, my appointment started 15 min late (5 min is permissible but 15 min delay in a 35 min appointment that charged you extra booking fee is undesirable) 2. They claim they'll finish with hot neck towel but I didn't get it. Overal it was a good place, I may go again and will try not to book the last slot of the day to see if that makes a difference.

Got my haircut here for first time by Christian. Arguably the nicest fade I've ever gotten. Haircut took about 45 minutes which is perfect, as I don't like rushed haircuts. Booking and payment was all online and very straightforward. Shop was clean, and very peaceful. Price was about 40 bucks without wash, which is about average considering its Vancouver. (However I wished they washed your hair after without extra charge but that's okay). Highly recommend Christian for mens haircut, especially if you're looking for a sick fade. Will definitely be going back. :D

I've been getting cuts from Kevin for a couple years now, hands down the best cuts i've gotten. As a location, being cut @ Pintor's is an added bonus. It's an amazing space, the staff are professional but friendly, and they have some extremely talented barbers. I was relieved to see a hair wash station, something I hadn't seen in years, a rare sight here in Vancouver. Definitely check this place out, I would 100% recommend it.

Kevin fixed all the mistakes the previous barbers have made and took the time to actually cut my hair and explain what he’s going to do in detail, instead of seeing you as just another dollar sign client. Hands down the best barbershop experience I’ve had with professional standards and good value. Highly recommend if you’re trying to find a new shop.

Great experience from my second visit following Mark there. Everyone is great and have to say a big thank you to Freddy who owns the shop. My first visit a month ago I had to delay as I had a phone call from family back east that my Dad may be speaking his last words and they wanted to call. I walked up to the door as per COVID protocol and told them my scenario....went back to my vehicle and had words with my father. I was sitting outside the shop feeling my world crumbling and Freddy came out and asked my name, my Dad's name and whether or not I believed in a higher power and if he could say a prayer for our family. He did so with his hand on my shoulder which was one of the most touching things I have seen in my life. It speaks volumes as to this place and showing such compassion to a complete stranger. Oh....and Mark is great. Followed him from his old place and would highly recommend!
