Amazing job, the staff are extremely friendly and professional. A company that knows how to communicate with customers! I’m a regular. Always show reference before haircut, have a little talk with the barber so I can be sure he understands what I want. Mohawk Fade cut, always explaining that I’m letting my hair grow at the back of my head. At the end I always get the same basic haircut with the side line and completely shaved back which I didn’t asked for. Since you raised your prices I would love to go home satisfied at least. Thank you.

I had a horrible experience there. DO NOT go there. I am a queer woman, I have a men's style haircut. Everywhere I go for a haircut, I am usually charged with a man's haircut. I went there and got a singaporean lady to cut my hair. She and I made a pretty decent conversation. She then charged me for a women's haircut, which is $5 more. On the sign outside, it said ADULTS will cost $19.99. But that is not the case. I argued that my hair is short and I did have a man's haircut. But she said, "well, aren't you a woman?" I feel very cornered, it was on Pride Day, the location is on Davie Street, and I feel very strongly scammed. NEVER GO THERE. They are not LGBT friendly. They will try to rip you off!

Pretty pathetic in these times with rules and regulations, protocols set out by the beauty council and worksafe bc this place cant even follow rules and endangering people. Walked by there last night on my way home from work and neither the barber or client was wearing masks. Further down the chairs the other barber was masked up but his client wasnt, wouldn't waste my time in a shop that obviously doesnt care about your health and safety

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now, but won’t be coming back. Used to be pretty decent, but since the price went up it has gone downhill somehow. I’m not sure how much more explicit I can ask for a blended haircut and still come out with harsh lines on either side. They either don’t listen or don’t understand and can’t be bothered to clarify.

I was getting my hair cut, when another one of the barbers (Roman), not mine, decided to start yelling at the customers. Telling them to "get up, this is a barber shop! Who's next." When the man cutting my hair told him that a boy, about 10 was next, Roman denied the customer service simply saying "No!" and then chose another customer who had been waiting less time. ROMAN should be fired. I was told that Alex is the owner... Alex, you need to start thinking about who you rent your chairs to....

I used to be a regular there. In the last months there seemed to be new hair stylists, and I don't think they really know what they are doing (had a couple of really bad haircuts). In the meantime they jacked up their prices and still only accept cash. I would go somewhere else now.

Had a haircut here and the woman did the exact opposite to what I asked for. Asked to keep it longer at the front and got a haircut that was longer at the back and short at the front. It seemed like the people in the barbers did not really care. The place was empty and the barber rushed through the haircut, spent the whole time chatting to the person on the till (who wasn't even complying with covid guidelines and was not wearing a mask) and was randomly cutting patches on the top of my head un evenly. I had to go to another barbers to actually fix the haircut! Do not recommend this place at all to get a haircut, look for any other alternatives than Oxford barbers!

Wow. Went in after quarantine, place had been painted/reno'd lightly, ATM added in corner. Not busy. Asked for a cut, explained I didn't want it too short on top, agreed to the length etc. ok good to go. Glasses were off but I was turned away from the mirror so I couldn't see what he was doing anyway. "Not too short" was maybe miscommunicated into "not much hair left" because I can't explain it otherwise. Felt like it was done in a massive rush too despite not being busy. Grumpy (owner???) guy sitting and staring at whoever was in there and barking out the odd order. Generally awkward. Maybe a change of ownership over the outbreak period because I've been going here a few year and never had this kind of experience. Will *definitely* not be returning.

Very awkward vibes going into this barber shop, lots of workers standing around doing nothing and lipping each other off, on top of that I had the worst hair cut of my life by a girl name mino or something! She took over an hour to mess up my hair cut in the middle of the cut she told me she got let go at her last job ahaha go figures! I had to tell her to stop after an hour and fifteen minutes. Then I walked down the street to the beauty salon and they fixed my hair!

I recently moved to the area and thought I'd give this place a try. I wasn't listened to and the haircut is nothing like what I'm use to. The Barber I got clearly had no idea what he was doing. I was pinched by the razor numerous times well he was touch up the edges. Then after my rediclous haircut was done I had the hair smacked off my face in a unnessacary aggressive fashion, then blown down the back of my shirt with a blow dryer. I left with out tipping and will be driving across town to my regular Barber from now on.

I don't get haircuts often partly because I seem to always get the barber that is trying to set a new speed record on my head. This time was very different however. I can't say enough good about Heraldo. He was massively meticulous and really took his time ensuring my hair came out clean, had real pride in his work. Not much of a talker but I dare say that was the best haircut (service + price) I've ever received. I will certainly be calling ahead when I come back to make sure his chair is open.
