It's always been a pleasant experience going here. The staff are very nice. If you get Iesha, you're in luck! She's very, very good. She cut my hair short and it looks adorable. She also gave me my blonde streaks and everything together looks great. The owner seems nice. They have magazines to read, too. My only complaint is that they don't offer tea or coffee like other salons (at least not for me), but beyond that, it's a good place with decent prices. I'm usually wary of mall salons but will go to this one.

The staff is friendly and I was comfortable there. I received a dramatic cut going form long to short. However the cut itself looks unprofessional and unfinished. I left the salon with wet hair and when it dried it just looked awful. I had to schedule an appointment elsewhere to have it fixed. I won't tell people not to go this salon but I know I won't be back. Sorry guys.

If I could give ZERO stars I would...... . Hated it. I got my eyebrows waxed, she double dipped every single time. My eyebrows had no shape what so ever after it was embarrassing and disgusting. They looked better before I walked in than after they were waxed. My mother and I look like we have 2 caterpillars living above our eyes! DO NOT GO HERE... TRUST ME NOT TO MENTION I PAID $9 FOR THE EACH OF US. MY EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND EMBARRASSING... I AM SO MAD.

Brought my 3 year old for her first official haircut. She was a bit nervous but her stylist, Hailey, was very friendly and did a great job. She even gave her a little "princess" updo with glitter and my daughter loved it. Also bought some Amika products which were reasonably priced. (cheaper than Sephora!)

Good fast inexpensive haircuts for kids and grown ups. Usually no wait and high seats for those who need it. Make sure to tip the girls, they work hard all day.

The last two times I’ve been here I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with the old man who sits at the front. He has given me two of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received in my life. He does not care about the client sitting in the chair with him, as he seems more interested in helping those standing at the front desk, or the phone ringing. I understand they need someone to man those tasks, but why not have one person do that? Why have a hairdresser/secretary when it leaves the one paying to get their hair cut dissatisfied? He didn’t even ask what I thought or anything when it was done, he handed me my glasses, showed me the back of my head, and walked right to the front counter. I’m sure he other hairdressers will provide a more meaningful, pleasurable experience, but if you happen to get stuck with the old man at the front - leave.

I have had long hair my entire life and have always been very protective of it. I had been overdue a cut for a long while and knew that there was damage done that had to be removed. I explained myself to my stylist, Iesha, and she made sure to take special care of me to make me feel comforted. She did a 5-star job for sure! My one note where they could improve would be on getting more staff. The lady at the desk let me know how under staffed they were, and frankly, you could see the over-worked look on everyone's faces. You've got some great stylists there, you need to take care of them! Other then that, keep up the great work! Great job Iesha!

I go to Cuts Plus in the Seaway Mall exclusively. I only use Hayley though, as she is phenomenal. Not only an amazing stylist but extremely friendly and welcoming. I strongly recommend asking for her if you want top notch skill and service. Just be warned she has a waiting list, so book early.

People that don't know how to cut hair work here. My son is 11 & at the age where kids make fun of you for not having your hair a certain way & he asked for 3 on top 2 on he sides & the lady buzzed his head. Now I have a very upset 11 year old & still had to pay $20.00. I could have done this at home for free. If you value your hair stay clear from this place

I've got my haircut three times at this place and the first two times I got a cut for 20 dollars as I have short hair. The third time I went in for a trim and they charged me 30 dollars. Doesn't make sense that a trim would cost 10 dollars more. Not happy as I enjoyed my cut the first two times and the price was good. This time around my hair was completely butchered and I ended up needing to get it fixed elsewhere. I literally wanted the same style just a trim and the lady couldn't even do that properly. Would not recommend this place.

For my hair dresser being completely drunk. She did a great job on my hair. But honestly ill never go back. She was stumbling everywhere. And hitting my head with the clippers because she couldnt keep a steady hand. The other hair dressers there looked completely depressed.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have had my hair cut here about 4 times, and 2 of them were bad. The second bad haircut was the worst hair cut of my life, and I will never go back to this "salon". Once, my hair ended up shorter on one side. Another time, the "stylist" kept asking to trim my bangs (which I was trying to grow out) and wouldn't take no for an answer. I said no about 5 times, but she wouldn't let it go. She said she'd just trim it "a little bit" since I was trying to grow it out, and since she wouldn't take no for an answer, I let her do it. She cut off an inch of hair. She made them so short, I basically had to start growing them out all over again. The absolute worst hair cut I've ever had in my life was at this salon. I made the mistake of asking for a pixie cut. If the "stylist" didn't know how to do one, she should have said so. It actually looked ok when she was finished cutting it the first time, but then she kept cutting, and cutting, and cutting. She would start on one side of the back of my head and cut all the way to the other side. Then she'd go back and do it again. And again. And again. She cut my hair a total of about 7 times. It looked like one of those hats that pharoahs in Egypt wore, by the time she was done. As I walked out of the salon, I wanted to put a bag over my head. I was so embarrassed. But there was nothing I could do, because it was so short. I couldn't get it cut again, or I would have had nothing left.
