I love this salon. I had moved away, and neglected my face for too long. Just came in today and it was a warm welcome. I met Nandani for the first time and she's gorgeous and very nice. My only issue was I was the first person in and had to wait 15 -20 for everyone to get situated. I will always come back though

Poonam is absolutely lovely. She always welcomes her clients warmly and tries her absolute best to make it a fast, but precise service. Knowing that I have a busy schedule, she always makes sure that I am out of the salon within 20 minutes, with both eyebrow and upper lip threading being done. It is obvious that she works extremely hard, being both one of the only aestheticians at the salon while also handling calls/customer service, but she always does so with a smile and shows her clients that she cares. I have been coming to get my eyebrows done here for over 2 years, and I am never disappointed when I leave Nandani Beauty Salon. Highly recommend!

Expensive!!!!!!! I got eyebrows and uperlip threading done for 22$... would have been cheaper to drive to brampton and get the service there. Definitely there are cheaper alternatives in town.

Had three sessions of laser hair removal for my full face.. got amazing amazing results . I always had thick hair growth on my chin and neck area. But just after the first session of laser treatment with Nandini, the hair was gone . Now after three sessions , not only did I get rid of the thick hair growth but also my pimples and scar have gone. Nandini takes care that you don’t feel the pain/heat from the laser machine and definitely she sees to it that you don’t get skin burns . Thank you Poonam didi for insisting me to go for the laser treatment . I feel way more confident after getting rid of the facial hair .

Hands down the worst eyebrow threading experience ever. I went to this place on a whim, and I will never be going back again. No smile, just literally asked me to sit.. didn't bother to ask what style I wanted, she just started threading and took off way TOO much although I did specify I liked my shape, and only wanted a clean up. I was actually sitting there wondering why she was taking so long on one brow AND DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE WHEN I BROUGHT TO HER ATTENTION THAT THE ONE WAS TOO THIN. I had to ask her to stop before she ruined my other eyebrow. On top of all this, I STILL HAD HAIR UNDER MY ARCH. Last time I checked the point of threading was to GET RID OF HAIR, not leave some? To make matters worse my friend got her arms waxed, and her technician got wax all over her stomach and what not. We came home and saw she literally had an indentation/ bruise of some sort on her arm. All in all absolute terrible experience, will not be going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Poor customer service, doing a procedure that I did not ask for and nailed me at the checkout (it took about a minute and I thought it was part of the procedure I went in for) . I think I was asked at least 5 times if I want my upper lip threaded (there is very little hair and it's light blond, to the point I cannot notice anything with a magnifying glass) I understand an "up-sell" but how many "Nos" doe it take for you to be quiet. You'd think that one "no" should be enough. And throughout my presence the lady doing the work was talking non stop in her mother tongue to a colleague. Unless your clients speak your language, it is downright rude to talk over their heads in a language the clients don't understand.

Avoid for any laser treatment ! They advised me that within 3-4 sittings, I could get rid of my hair - which were already quite fine (not coarse) I took laser treatment for my arms and face for more than 6 sittings through almost the entire last year, and all my hair are back , in fact they are coarser and much worse than what I had. Throughout the treatment, I had raised the same thing to Nandini but they kepy insisting on going for more sittings. I wasted around 3K in the entire process landing in a worse state. To my surprise, they also offer different rates to different people and on confronting - make weird excuses. I am extremely disappointed and would have instead appreciated an honext advice on hair removal. They cook up stories and try to convince to just keep on taking on more sittings. The shaving does WAY MORE harm to your skin than their treatment. I would not recommend this place for any kind of laser or hair removal services.

This is the best salon service I’ve received in the last four hours since I’ve been in Canada. The owner is the sweetest person you’ll ever meet. The facial was outstanding and so relaxing. I also got a hair spa and it was super refreshing. The only con I felt was time management. Other than that I would highly highly recommend everyone to go here. They have a new branch opened as well. I love coming here but there is a lady who's name is Sheila and honestly she is very terrible at talking about the owners and people who work there. There is another girl who works there just finished her stylist course and Sheila talks bad about the other girl so much because she is new to her position. Just because the people are new and doesn't know that much when they get out of school doesn't mean she doesn't know anything. She also talks about bad things to me about the owner. She talks so much while doing facials. She complains too much. She does not have respect for anyone.. so I recommend not going there at all..

Very nice lady. I go to university here and told my friends, to go to her for haircuts. She recommended a mask for me to use for my dried hair.

The worst place to be. They are cheating people and are completely fraud. I went for the eyebrows threading and they charged me extravagantly for the tiny service. It was 16.95 with tax. On extreamly higher side and i regret for not asking the price before. But, afterwards when i pointed out that nobody takes this much amount for the eyebrows threading the one of two ladies replied very rudely that we have no competition with others but that is what we charge. Firstly i paid through cash and asked for receipt the another lady made a weired excuse that we dont have the cash receipt book right now. Finally i ended up paying through a debit card. Worst experience ever. Neither i will ever go there in future nor will suggest to my acquaintances.

There are NO "Special deals" that's posted on FB - its completely MISLEADING - She let her inexperienced workers do the job for slightly less rates on pretext of "SPECIAL DEALS". She asks for double money if she has to do the same service And then the constant talking in their mother tongue. So rude. Worst experience ever. Worst waxing experience I've EVER had. She took so long, irritated my skin more than ever (I've been waxing for 7 years) & left so much hair and wax on me!!! I had to go home and deal with the mess she left. When I complained about the poor service, the manager argued with me instead of apologizing. Terrible customer service & overpriced.

My mother and I had an appointment today, she for eyebrow tinting, and me for eyebrow threading. All was fine till I hit the check out . I was too flabbergasted to say anything but we were charged for TWO eyebrow threadings although in my case only a few stray hairs were removed and I did not ask for it. $ 15 plus tax for 30 seconds of "work" I did not ask for. Total almost $ 50.00. And then the constant talking in their mother tongue. So rude. Be careful that you don't end up for paying something you didn't ask for. I regret for not speaking up. Obviously I will not go there now to get microblading done and will pursue other options. On top of that blames the customer for her mistakes and argues with us. Saying she asked if my mom wanted her eyebrows threaded and that she agreed. I was standing right there. Then when I got home I had to redo my eyebrows. She asked me 3 times to look at them and see if I was happy each time I said I want more of an arch and all the hair under the arch removed. Ignored me everytime. I knew I'd be able to do a better job once I got home. When I left a review on her FB page she told me that I needed appointment was perfect and that I was just too picky. Last time I checked it wasn't up to the business owner to determine the outcome of my satisfaction or outcome of my appointment that's me YOUR CUSTOMER. you need to learn customer service basics, and treat customers that aren't a part of your culture/nationality the same way you treat those who are. She claims to have not had a dissatisfied customer in 30 years. Its because she does not address the unhappy ones. Just ignores the google and the FB reviews unless they are good. And speaking in your mother tongue for a half hour straight in front of 2 customers that don't speak it. My God so rude and disrespectful. I did some research there are a ton of places in kw that do threading now. By all means if you're the same culture they'll treat you like gold. You should be ashamed of yourself poo. I will share my experiences with as many people as possible. The saddest thing is she doesn't even read or address issues so that she can keep telling people she doesn't have unhappy customers. Lol ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS. I DID SOME RESEARCH. FOR HER TO TELL ME THAT SHE HASN'T HAD A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER IN 30 YEARS. WELL I GUESS NOT SINCE YOU'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 2002. so trustworthy. I'm glad I had this experience. Makes me realize I can do a ten time better job myself. Thanks poo

Booked two appointments for myself and another person. We arrived on time and were kept waiting as we watched those who came in after us receive service and leave (presumamely her preferred clients). In addition, we were scolded about why we hadn't been there in a long time and that we should've come to help her business...nevermind that there has been an ongoing pandemic for the past nearly 2 years, and not many of us care to spend money on eyebrows during this time. She also chattered constantly on the phone in her native language while working, which was also disrespectful. Our treatment upon our recent visit isn't very encouraging for us to return again, so perhaps she can rely on her "preffered" clients to support her business until the end of time.

I had an excellent experience at the salon today, with Poonam and her daughter. New in town and went there for eyebrow threading, instantly greeted and seated. Poonam's daughter started off with my eyebrows and did a good job. Poonam was working on another client just next to me. My brows are not the easiest to work with, and Poonam overheard me talking about that with her daughter. She offered to work on them and transformed them into the best shape I've had in a long while. I still can't believe it!! I am really impressed with her and happy to find a good salon in town. Will be back!
