I haven’t been to this spa but I was looking into somewhere and after the response the owner have to Jamie below, I won’t be going. That response was utterly ridiculous and quite negative. Boast that you’re hurt that good because you’re so busy and picking regular clients over new ones isn’t inviting. I won’t be going here because I will not be support a place like that and it worries me on how I would be treated if I went there.

Staff seems selective of clients. Called to make an appointment for a Saturday, staff asked what I wanted done and I said simple curls for a wedding and she said "we're all off" but the hours are stated 9am-3pm.
