I haven’t been to this spa but I was looking into somewhere and after the response the owner have to Jamie below, I won’t be going. That response was utterly ridiculous and quite negative. Boast that you’re hurt that good because you’re so busy and picking regular clients over new ones isn’t inviting. I won’t be going here because I will not be support a place like that and it worries me on how I would be treated if I went there.

Was looking for somewhere to go for highlights and cut and was looking at reviews of course. Didn’t like the response to Jamie at all so won’t be booking here! Maybe they should of flagged it cause I see below you’ve already lost customers due to your response.

Staff seems selective of clients. Called to make an appointment for a Saturday, staff asked what I wanted done and I said simple curls for a wedding and she said "we're all off" but the hours are stated 9am-3pm.
