the haircut itself isn't bad, its nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about either. They can do very simple hairstyles very well however don't expect anything to advanced. But the main thing that stop me from giving them a four or five star is the fact that the staff was very rude last time i visited there. I've been hearing a lot of good things about Billie's, specifically their service, maybe I just caught them on a rough day but I didn't feel as if it was very good. The barber would speak to me in a condescending tone that made me feel awkward while the haircut was getting done. Overall the experience wasn't awful but I don't think ill return, the haircut itself isn't bad for $25 but I just didn't have a good time with their service.

Love this barber shop! I’ve had multiple barbers here do my hair and I’m always impressed. The music is on point, the decor classic, and they have the best products available for purchase too. Their original location is in Ladner.

I tried Billie's out instead of going to a standard Tommy Gun's etc., just because I'm not a fan of the franchises. I'm really glad I chose Billie's. It had the old school barber feel with music, straight razor, and the laid back feel to it. I would definitely recommend Billie's to anyone looking for a barbershop with a great atmosphere. And not to mention the haircut was perfect too with their attention to detail. Thanks again.

Its the 3rd time for me to take my son here for his haircut but his usual barber james wasnt there so a newer guy stefan attended to him..my son and i were really happy with the results..stefan talks to his clients and makes them feel at ease and pays attention to detail..all of the billies crew help each other out by checking on each others work especially on stefan for being new,but it didnt show at all..great price,ambience and staff!!
