A FINE HAIRCUT How do you quantify a good haircut? It's pretty difficult as it is a subjective experience and a floating decimal point from customer to customer. My experience was really good. I received a fine haircut at a reasonable price--for both parties--and Ugo was quick. This is what I consider a "good haircut".
