The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. Went to have my nails done. I just wanted plain French tip gel nails. What I received was nothing at all what I wanted. It took 2 1/2 hours to complete and with in 3 days they all feel off. I have had gel nails for a very long time, and this was the most ignorant experience I've ever had. Not to mention when the girl who did my nails finally came back she was extremely ignorant and belligerent saying there was nothing she was gonna do to fix the situation, said my nail feel off becuz of doing drugs( crack- in which I've never have done which I shouldn't have had to explain to a room full of women) Even the workers at the salon doing hair where trying there best to make it my fault the nails came off. Absolutely would never return or suggest anyone else to go either.
