I'd give 10 stars if I could. I went to see the owner Amanda for a colour correction and she agreed to fix it even though there were leopard-like spots where the other stylist left it a mess. After Amanda did my hair, I was asked if I was wearing a wig it was so perfect. I was super stressed and had other issues that Amanda accommodated during my appointment. I can't say enough about how awesome she is. I will definitely be seeing her again for all my colour needs. She does a great cut too. Great salon and super friendly and understanding. Thanks again.

Meh, I don't believe this is for young people. I wanted loose curls and got old lady curls. And they messed up the back of my head shave, wasn't aligned properly at all. The one hairdresser didn't even know what a fringe was. Another thing, all I wanted was a quick trim cause I'm low on cash and they made me go through a shampoo and conditioning treatment...FOR A TRIM. Should have just gone to first choice.

I RECOMMEND GETTING LASH EXTENSIONS AT DOLMOR BUT NOT COLOR!! I am absolutely beyond happy with the lady that does my eyelash extensions???? love love love them and her.. I had asked a colorist if she could do a color correction and get the yellow out of my hair and make me BLOND, she agreed and said she'd see me in a month and it would be a reasonable price...LMFAO..... So I came in for my appointment, well I tell you...I'm SO APPALLED by her work. I was there for 3 hours & had a FULL head of highlights ( which isn't what I wanted).. She took me in to wash out the foils and tone my hair. Took me back to her station to give a me a cut ( which Is what I thought Atleast) she proceeded to tell me that she doesn't have time for a haircut so she would just blow dry and show me "no more yellow" .... She dried it and I look in mirror and all I see is freaking yellow and the highlights had toner on them but it was YELLLOW ???????????????? and a yellow ring around it. And it costed me over F@#*&%$ 200.00

Hi there, I would really appreciate if you could read my review before going to this salon. I know I am a stranger writing a google review but I really just want to save your hair! I am completely appalled by the service I received from this salon. I was a loyal Dol Mor customer for over 5 years and got my hair done there all the time. Nevertheless, the staff at this salon was extremely rude to me on my last visit, even though i had been a loyal customer to them for so long. In fact, I am still in shock as to how rude they were to me, no one deserves to be treated the way they treated me. Basically, if they mess up your hair it apparently is NOT their fault and they will harshly refuse to fix it even after you have spent a lot of money to get it done professionally. I strongly advise you to find another salon, for the sake of your hair and to ensure you have a positive customer service experience. Thank you for your time, Natasha

Didn't expect the hair colour Specialist to NOT dye my hair the colours I requested, however the service was great but unfortunately not getting the style or colour I paid for at a high quality salon was beyond frustrating... Definitely a huge let down!

Would absolutely recommend! I have been going to this salon for years, moving stylists because of life and availability, and all are so talented! This time around, after attempting to get something done at a salon out of town (because I no longer live close to Dolmor) and being told it was impossible, I called Lisa Jo, drove an hour and a half both ways and got my desired end result--- Well worth the drive! So thankful to Lisa Jo for squeezing me into her schedule and getting the job done... right in time for Grad Photos! Thank you Dolmor
