Hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. The owner and all staff there are very friendly and welcoming. The shop maintains their hygiene and keeps the area very clean. They offer many services for a very reasonable and good price. This barber shop is going to be the next big thing because of how committed the staff is while doing their jobs. I went to District Barbershop for the first time after seeing my friends getting her hair colour done from here and they didn't disappoint. Jessica was my hair stylist and she did a great job. She was very sweet and helped me choose my fall hair colour. I got a haircut and balayage done and she was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The balayage suited me perfectly and since then, I am receiving compliments everyday. It's the first time in many years that I am loving my hair colour. Decided to go a little lighter for summer/fall for a pick me up and got the balayage with Jess. She was helpful, honest, and informative when she was outlining the steps while doing my hair. This was my first time doing anything to my hair so her expertise definitely helped settle some nerves. Overall the environment in the barbershop/ salon was very laid back and everyone working there’s seem very connected. Great spot to get your hair done 10/10 recommend.

I got a lash lift here with Regina and it such a great experience! It was my first time doing anything to my lashes so I didn’t really know what to expect, but she made the process so easy. She explained everything clearly and we talked the entire time, I would definitely go back. Unlike other hair stylists, she listens and ensures that she is providing the best quality service possible. For example, she double checks with me if I want to chop off a certain length by physically showing me before executing the cut. This is just one of the many things she does to make sure the client is comfortable/satisfied before, during and after the hair styling is done. Moreover, she provided me with hair care solutions that can help with my dry scalp. Her keen attention to detail as well as outgoing personality are reasons that will keep going back!
