First seen Mustapha at another business and recently found him at YXE, has given my 5 year old the best haircuts ever. Super glad we were able to get into see him. Excellent service, super friendly and seriously the best haircuts my sons ever had. My son has super spiky think hair and he is able to work with my sons hair and give him a trendy haircut! All I wanted was a simple haircut and beard trim. Hair was fine, but then he took his trimmer and set it to 3, I guess, and just went over everything. Was quite specific how I wanted it shaped. I could have done what he did at home. Then it just got weird and nasty. He took his trimmer and started to attack my ear hair, nose hair and eyebrows. This wasn't discussed beforehand, nor requested, and nevermind with COVID, unsanitary. Fellow needs to work on his communication, and not nod in understanding if he doesn’t understand.
