Went to Aziz for the first time today and he was amazing he was very nice and he made my hair look so good. He even taught me a thing or two about soccer. The barber shop looks like a classic barber shop which makes the place feel unique and very comfortable. It will be the only place I go to cut my hair. The price was also very fair.

The lady there is not ok. She said Aziz was the expert in my type of haircut. I said “no problem I just need a touch up” and then I wait for her to finish with the customer she was with. when she was done she says to me “so what is this all about?” and demanded to know who I work for because she saw my key card on my belt. So I left. Look lady…I just wanted a touch up. You missed out because I went up the street and tipped that barber 50% because they weren’t accusing me of being some kind of corporate spy or whatever conspiracy theory you had going on in your head.

I want to give this place a good review, but I can't. The hair cut was good enough. This is a cash only business. I didn't not know this, and could not see any signage indicating this. This was a minor inconvenience. There were 2 other customers while I was getting my hair cut. This is during COVID-19 when wearing a mask is still the norm. I was told that I would need to wear a mask while I was there. The other 2 customers present removed their masks multiple times. One customer did not wear it over his nose. If the owner is willing to overlook something like that, I feel he may be willing to overlook other health violations. I will not be returning.

Its the real deal. A classic barber shop, good price, and the quality is there. The clientele is varied from hipsters to old folks. Gerald, the guy I see, is a very skilled barber, but I wouldn't hesitate getting a cut from anyone else in the shop.
