The only reason this is a 2 stars and not a 1 is because the atmosphere is different and nice. Honestly this could have also been a good review if the actions taken after the problem were good. This was my first time at les Barbares and I traveled 1.5 hours to get there because I thought it was good. I called, took and appointment, they asked me if I mind a trainee, and I said that it's my first time so whatever they think. They guy litteraly screwed up my hair, he didn't even use scissors, only the machine, and he didn't even do the top of my hair, only the sides, and he called that a haircut! Yup I am ???? accurate. He complained that my hair was too curly (which is not true at all). His fade was litteraly onyl 1 grade! Oh and when I asked about my beard he was like: I don't have time you need another appointment for that (i never specified that my appointment did not include beard)! Then I called and I told them that I didn't like it, instead of offering me another visit with a more experienced barber to adjust my hair, they were like he's a trainee and you agreed so pretty much screw you, if you want another visit you're gonna have to pay again. Now I am actually going to old barbershop and paying him again to adjust what "les barbares" screwed up.
