I've been going to Nick at Turning Heads Barber Shop for almost 3 years now. Always does an excellent cut, and pays a lot of attention to detail. If you have a beard, he's your guy! If Nick is all booked up and you need a cut, no problem! You will feel comfortable getting a cut from any other barber at the shop who is available.

only putting 5 stars so you see this idk if it was me or something but I called here asking for a walk in they can come in now we can take you in 2 minutes sat there for an hour noone said anything to me and people left and they would take someone else before me. idk why they would do this but this is outrageous. crazy to wait n hour for a haircut when you say you. an take me in 2 minutes. horrible service. do not go.

A jewel in the tenderloin district, they were most accommodating to me as a walk in, though i think they prefer appointments. It's really dark from outside, but inside is immaculately clean and very well lit. A young fella named Church cut my hair and he was delightful. I shall definitely go back & will recommend them to everyone.

Had A appointment for 5pm but had to wait 40 minutes because he was overbooked. Nice fade but missed A spot behind my ear. Two other people had appointments at the same time as me with the same guy. I do not recommend booking on Instagram.

There's a personal touch about this barber shop; the music blaring on the speakers and play station in case you are waiting for your turn. Very friendly people. Plus, they only take cash so be prepared. But they do wonderful work at an extremely fair price.

The place is really chill, they always have music playing or something is playing on the TV. Highly recommend! Probably the MOST unprofessional experience I've ever had at a barbershop. My appointment was cancelled as I was on my way to it - interesting, given that clients cannot cancel within 24h. I tried communicating with Skye only to receive answering machines at both the business and his personal phone AND closed doors when I arrived. Frustrated and will never attempt to book again.

Just had my first visit at Turning Heads and I can confidently say that this may be the best barber shop in town. I've been to numerous barber shops across St. Catharines and nothing compares to Turning Heads. Abdu was my barber, he was very chill and professional. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he immediately got to work and replicated exactly what I asked for. He took his time on perfecting my haircut and I could tell he puts effort in every one of his client's haircuts. I would highly recommend booking an appointment as you won't be disappointed!
