I treat myself to a hot towel shave 1 time a year. My fault i was lazy to go to my normal treat of Blackbeard, so i chose Musas. i called and said u do hot towel shave? they said yes at 3pm. so i went. Let me tell u...no hot towel, no hot foam, no straight razor, no lining up the lines of my haircut. TOTAL FAIL. Never again! and it was 50$!!!!!!!. Blackbeard...I am sorry I was lazy. Your the best. coming tomorow since this was a totally unsatisfying exoerience.

First time trying a new Barber since I moved. Booked an appointment Sunday Afternoon for 10AM Monday morning. Show up at 9:45 and wait the 15 mins in the car during the rain to find out the shop doesn't open till 11. I come back at 11 thinking I misheard the gentleman on the phone. He shows up just at 10 and doesn't turn the open sign on. I wait a minute and some random guy shows up, goes inside, sits in the chair, and gets ready for a cut. I walk in the guy gives me attitude and tells me your appointment was at 10... I said I was there at 10 a day he wasn't..... stunned he called someone and spoke another language and without saying a word trys to tell the other guy to let me go first. Absolutely pathetic service and I walked out right there. Never giving them another shot and you shouldn't either

Wow, where do I start? My son has very curly hair and is very picky with who does anything to his hair. My daughter is a stylist but lives 2 1/2 hours away, she is the only person he lets do his hair. She couldn’t make it out to do it anytime soon so she looked for someone she knew he would like. She told me she contacted Musa’s final touch and explain what he wanted, She was told to get us to contact them and ask for Hamza, I am so glad she did because this place is now his favourite. The second we walked in the door it was a friendly setting, welcomed us before the door even closed behind us. He didn’t wait one second before Hamza had him in the chair, my son explained what he wanted and showed Hamza a picture of what he wanted, which turned out to be a picture of a customer Hamza had done the cut and fade on. Within a half hour we were walking out the door as very happy customers. The barber shop was clean and had a gorgeous design and the staff were next to none. We cannot thank you enough, and we can guarantee that we will be back.
