I took my 13 year old son here this afternoon. He is very picky when it comes to haircuts. The last two haircuts from another place cut his hair shorter than he wanted. My son left this place with a smile on his face. He loves his haircut. Shawna did his hair and she did a great job. They just gained another customer. Good price too!

Went 2 times before this wasnt thrilled with haircut but wanted to try a few more times to see if it was just my communication. Booked an appointment to get my bread trimmed for new years eve (appointmentwas on thursday new years eve was friday). They Called day before to cancel because he was sick. Pretty convenient time to be sick...anyways, Rescheduled without complaining even though it was pretty inconvenient for me. Like i said assuming he was telling the truth i cant be mad someone got sick. Then before my new appointment (a literal week later) the Province enters new restrictions. I was apparently misinformed that beard appointments qualify as a hair or nail apt which are allowed at 50% capacity. I recieved a confirmation email from the barber shop confirming my beard trim apt the day before and assumed this meant that they were part of the allowed hair apts. Show up for my apt and am told he cannot do any sort of cut on my beard. I understand this is government mandated but i shouldnt be recieving confirmation emails and in my opinion someone should have called me to cancel my apointment. On top of this i recieved sub par service before this instance and nothing was done to make up for it. Over all just a bad experience with unprofessional operations and a poorly managed customer relations. I scheduled a work meeting late tonight because of this apointment and i also had to drive a fair ways to get there. Have never felt valued or appreciated as a customer and so now i wont be one anymore. I hope you have a better experience than i did and make sure if youre uncertain about anything to do with your apointment you call and verify because they certainly dont care enough to do it.

I was here a couple of years ago while on vacation... Usually I cut my own hair but due to having to come to the area quickly, I didn't have time to do it before I left home. To buzz my hair down to the wood and get a facial shave (complete with crooked goatee chin line) was $50. A little steep for the amount of work involved...

Melissa and will always did a 10/10 haircut and I made an appointment and they said Melissa didn’t work there anymore and was given an appointment with Amy who I haven’t seen there before last week. The top was a decent cut but I got a fade on the sides and it really didn’t connect I saw another review saying the same thing it sucks cause they used to be my go to spot

I went for a haircut today. It was the worst haircut I ever had. There was no mirror in front of the chair and the lady showed the mirror at the end ...By that time it couldn't be corrected.....I simply paid the amount and walked out....I will never visit this place again nor I would recommend this place to anyone

Just went there for the first time today. I was looking for something different and wanted the 'Barber' experience. Not only was it the best haircut that I have received, but the atmosphere is so relaxed and comfortable. If you are a sports fan, this is probably a good place to go for you . It was also the first time that I have had the straight razor used on myself, which was cool. I will be going back for sure.

Will's Barbershop is beautifully decorated but Melisa does not know how to cut hair. One side burn was not cut while the other one was cut short. Even my neighbour said as I got out of the car "got a haircut eh? Too bad they cut it all different lengths. The fellow in the middle chair, can't remember his name, talks constantly while not allowing the customer to say a word. Will himself seem quite and talented. I had to go to Toronto where my old barbershop had a good laugh as they had to fix the cut I had at Wills. Might be just me, but it was a really bad cut and I won't be going back.

The staff here are the best. You know how sometimes you get a haircut then you leave and go home and decide to cut it yourself? Maybe you think the cut isn't finished? Thats a bad idea. You should have just gone here and got a good cut to begin with.

I’ve taken my son a several times. The last time. I took my grandson as well. Both of my boys had cuts that weren’t blended in. The bang area was different lengths.. Just poor quality cut. For 40$. I’ll go somewhere else. Sad, but won’t go back. Even tho we could walk there.

Will - Young lady in the corner chair cut back of my neck while doing a shave yesterday. Normally Not a big deal but she was kind of weird about it by acting like it didn’t happen. I could tell she was padding the spot where I was bleeding But she didn’t say a thing. So then I was like you used a fresh blade right? And she said yes. I sure hope she did, for both our sakes. In that corner chair facing out the client can’t see anything in the mirrors. So then I leave with a bleeding neck and a sense of worry. I had to go buy Peroxide and hope for the best. Not the best way to spend $35

Went for a hair and beard cut while on vacation ... don’t know if the woman who did it had some experience but she was not good at all. Did not clean my neckline, left some spots with long hair in my beard and was not able to do a proper fade from beard to hair. Clearly was not worth the 40$.

It's kind of a crap shoot when you come here. I stay away from the small girl with the blue/green hair ever since she cut my hair and I had to drive straight to another barber to get it fixed. That turned out to be a rather expensive haircut paying twice. If Brandon Melissa or Will cut your hair you're in good hands, but don't set an appointment. Appointments mean nothing here! they pretty much cater to whoever sits in the chair first.
