They are really good for fade haircut may b other too for me I always do fade there. I forget the name of guy, he gave the perfect fade as I wanted. It’s little expensive but they are experienced. So kinda fair for me.

I think I have to familiarize myself with barbershop jargon, because I cannot seem to get my thoughts across to barbers about what exactly I want for my cut, but some barbers are just good at understanding what you want, I just haven't been able to find one that just understands me ever since my last barber moved away. So anyway, the gentleman that cut my hair cut it way too short, so I had to give myself a buzz cut once I got home so that I could start looking at myself in the mirror again, a haircut can really make or break you. 2 stars because he could've gone the safer route by just cleaning up my haircut as I had it before, instead of going all out and chopping it all off, and it took an awfully long amount of time as well. Also, since when does a "fade" mean shaving off the sides and back of your head?

Booked an appointment for 6:45. Showed up a bit early for it. They told me I have to wait 15 minutes because barber is running late. Told me to “shop around while I’m waiting”. Came back after 20 minutes because I still didn’t receive a call. Told me to wait 5 minutes more. Waited close to 10 more minutes and the guy still wasn’t done. By the way this is during COVID. Nobody goes to the mall to shop around or walk around during these times. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Terrible service. Wasted time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My son recently got his hair cut from a guy named Ben and all I can say was that this person shows the clear definition of bad customer service. Extremely rude and needs better people skills. My son describes his hair cut experience as rough and disrespectful. I highly don't recommend this place and will be looking at going somewhere else in the near future. When someone is providing a service I feel that customer service should be top priority and we certainly did not receive that here. Clearly unprofessional.
