We went there as Walk-In as website says walk ins are welcome. It was very unprofessional of a personnel working there to to first tell us wait and then tell us that she has many appointments so its going to take long specially when we don't see any rush & still 2 hours left to close the shop ! Definitely no recommended.

They deal well with the kids but not the greatest haircuts in the world. 3 year old post got a response today 06/23/20... Well at least it seems like you're trying to catch up lol. Anyways I understand if the child is difficult but if he isn't and when I get home I have to do a trim myself in several spots to straighten a professional job out there's something wrong. It was only meant to be a heads up for you and your stylists.

Never again! Place is a mess. No customers, staff chilling at the reception, hair from previous cuts all over the floor and they ask customers to remove shoes!!!! Came there twice and both times were like that.

First time my wife visited this place with our 2 and 4 year olds, we had an excellent experience. My sons were entertained by the animal chairs and watched cartoons while getting their hair cut. The stylist was younger and really good. Overall was a 5 star experience.

Sensational! My baby Boy's 1st haircut was a breeze because of the great distractions (race car chairs and PJ Masks) and his hairdresser's amazing handling and attitude. The really impressive thing was my 3 year old who HATES his haircut made it thru without a single breakdown, whereas last haircut at another salon was a blubbering mess. Kudos to these artists, and a deep gratitude. :)

We took our son ( who is 20 months) for his first haircut, and Trinity did a great job. She along with Lucille were very kind and patient with my son. Made our little man look cool. We expected our son would not be so happy customer , but the people at hair do zoo made it look like the easiest job. Will.definitely recommend anyone with toddlers to visit this place. This place is terrible. I took my 2 year old son here. The owner/hair stylist not only didn’t listen to what I wanted but she completely and blatantly ignored my requests when I asked her to stop cutting his hair as short as she was. It was beyond unprofessional, rude- and she pretty much butchered his hair. It looks kind of terrible- just in time for Christmas. I got the feeling she didn’t even want us to be there as I think we were here first appointment of the day. As a side note - we had called and asked for an appointment when they opened but she said she was “booked” but the place was completely empty when we got there. Would highly recommend going somewhere else

We had our son's 2nd haircut here. He is 2 years old. We went to Sharkey's last year and were very unsatisfied, and the only reason that's relevant is it's the reason why we decided to seek out another child friendly place. We had Lori. She was kind and inviting. My son whimpered a little bit but overall was happy to have his haircut. He screamed for his first haircut. Our experience was night and day. Lori was so good to my son. Toward the end when she would move his head, he would sink his head into her hands. She deserves her own 5 star review. The haircut turned out GREAT. Lori styled it and added some red hair gel. It cost under $25 dollars without tip. This is our new haircut spot, even though it's across the city from home. And we will request Lori when she is available.

I used to go here for my son’s haircuts (they couldn’t do anything creative or funky) and my daughter donated her hair once for cancer. However upon making an appointment for a second hair donation with my daughter, a good friend of mine wanted to do a funky cut (which they don’t do) so I figured I could do the donation and take a before photo and after photo for them and post it online (hair tied back or whatever) and they said yes. But then someone called me back a whole week later and very rudely spoke to me saying they would NOT do the donation since they weren’t finishing the cut. They were dry and rude and unprofessional. They won’t be getting my business anymore.

Amazing staff! They spent time playing with my son so he could get comfortable with them and were very flexible in doing what worked for him. They were great at being playful with him and speaking with him at his level. Service was phenomenal!

I took my 5 year old son to get a haircut there today. We were the only patrons in the salon, and so it was a true VIP experience (due to covid-19 protocols). We were let in at our appointment time, and instructed to sanitize. I stayed in the front waiting area, and my son sat at an animal to get his hair cut and watch a movie. The stylist was very kind and patient with my son, and he got a great haircut. I felt like the salon takes the re-opening precautions seriously, as they had procedures in place to keep us all as safe as possible. The haircut cost about $26 total, plus tip. It was great!

As soon as we walked in we felt unwelcomed. There was nobody else in the salon and they seemed like we were inconveniencing them. It was my babies first hair cut and I can't believe how it turned out. It looks absolutely horrible. I paid $30 for a haircut my 6 year old could have done better. I've taken my 6 year old here before and he has been great I have never seen the lady who cut my babes hair today. She was an older lady. My poor baby looks like a nerd. Not happy.
