Dropped in for quick trims for my two daughters. We were quoted a price for each cut before she started either (blond named Elana I believe). One just wanted a very minimal trim to get rid of some dead ends. The lady sat her down, and started cutting it dry. No wetting the hair down at all and she insisted that 30 years experience makes that work. For my other daughter, she wanted it cut short from mid length and she has very thick hair so I insisted it be washed in order to be cut wet. The lady washed the hair and then blow dried it and then cut it dry again. It was cut extremely uneven and then she tried to use a razor to even it out making it horribly worse and even shorter. I had to stop her before she butchered it any further. Then when I went to pay what we had agreed upon before the cuts, she charged more. So I corrected her thinking she had made a mistake and she argued that it’s supposed to be a higher amount. In the end I paid what I agreed to pay before the cuts, but I shouldn’t have had to argue the point. The lady was very nice but the hair cuts were awful and the price was only right because I insisted on what we agreed to ahead of time. We will never be returning for cuts from this salon again.

Probably the worst haircut ever. The blonde lady at the front did my daughters hair. She cut it dry, didnt brush it first and just tried to make it look even. Will never go back. Thank goodness hair grows.

As a first time salon-goer I can say with confidence that I've already found a permanent favorite! The atmosphere when walking in is welcoming and pristine, and the service was quick and professional. Elen was my stylist and she made me feel so comfortable in the chair. She treated me kindly, carefully, and did such amazing things with my hair that I hadn't ever considered. I went in wanting a cut and I came out with new confidence in my style, all for an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you so much Elen! Seriously 5 stars. If you're on the fence just go and see for yourself. This place is fantastic.

Wanted a trim with a small section of my front hair (on my parted side) longer than the other side. I’m trying to grow my hair out. She cut off almost 2 1/2 inches shorter than I wanted and wasn’t going to texturize or style it kroebjusy leave it short and blunt. Not pleased with my experience and won’t be going back

Terrible service, The sailer moon receptionist is just that. I wanted just a wash /dry and straighten, however, during my hair wash my hair still had conditioner in it, not washed out properly, blowdrying was a task, careful it's too hot to my scalp... Do I trust her with the flat iron? Hell No!! Please do not let this place touch your hair! They don't know how to wash hair, let alone blowdry it! Still charged me 31.00 . I paid it and walked away.. I came to Centrix where Sam washed it properly, blow dryed my hair and flat ironed it prefectly! At no cost!! To fix their mess!

I had the good fortune of walking into Escada Hair several months ago and meeting Helen, one of their stylists. I had never had a cut and colour in this salon before and was not sure what to expect. Helen, was well dressed and presented herself professionally. She took the time to review pictures of hair styles as well as highlight colours which she recommended. She is proficient and takes the time to do a thorough job. I have been back several times and will continue to refer my friends and family to Helen.
