I had a very bad experience with them in south location. I went in to get a haircut and i was just enquiring about hair colouring, they managed to convince me that they are very professional, so i got my hair colour done. To be honest it looked good as they styled my hair. At the first wash, a good amount of the hair colour drained out and i thought it was common, but after the second wash, most of the colour was gone and it was brassy. I went to the salon to complain and the guy was not even respectful. He made up many excuses and told me fashion colours wont stay long, which is not a good response as i paid 100 dollars just for a week. And he also mentioned that it is common sense that fashion colours wont stay long! I felt so offended hearing this and he just walked away.

Lol I asked for a *low fade* this time hoping the barber won’t go all the way up and the barber gave me a *high fade*. Looks like the barbers here only know 1 type of haircut. I’m certainly not coming here again as the barber doesn’t know how to cut hair according to the customers request.

They have completed hair straightening job in hurry within 2 hours instead of regular 4 hour job but they charged full amount ($240), moreover they denied 3rd day hair wash which is normally done by salons. But see their result in photo attached, top of the head looks one up and one down looking awkward... but these people are only justifying it ..they didn't even apologise for their mistake, continuously argued with us and made us feel bad

All five employees at Passion Salon worked on coloring my hair, this happened a few months ago and I'm still suffering the consequences. First of all, they bleached my hair unevenly it was burning my scalp so bad. Then they used hair coloring products on my wet hair which made the burning way worse, I sucked it up because I thought they knew what they were doing but I was wrong. The hair color turned out to be a disaster with three different shades sticking out due to uneven application. I just wanted one shade of color how hard could it be!??? The most annoying part was that it took Five different employees to do a simple full color application,which resulted in uneven tones and hideous results. They did not take their job seriously and were just playing around with my hair. I'm extremely disappointed with Passion Salon and I will not be going back.
