Unless you're getting a haircut from Roy, don't bother going there. My appointment was at 2 and had to wait till 2 30 to get my haircut. He literally took 15 min to cut my hair and once I asked him to make it shorter he says he has no more time. Makes me wait 30 min, but then too lazy to give the proper service. His service was terrible and unfinished.

Worst hair cut ever two of my sides r extremely not matched he didnt know what he was doing n payed 40$ for this im so unhappy about it he didn’t know what he was doing never again i don’t recommend it at all

Hotel is amazing. it's slightly haunted, but if you aren't afraid of ghosts I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Ask for the house made hot sauce at the pub or restaurant you won't be disappointed.

The barber shop at the Hotel Saskatchewan is great. Roy is a great barber, working in a great shop. Has a classic barber shop look. Can also get a great shoe shine while you wait. I'll also add that Tyson is a great barber. Highly recommend them both.

My son enjoyed his hair cut by Sterling. We said we would never go back to him but felt he needed a chance to redeem himself. He has cleaned up and presents himself more professionally than we have ever seen throughout his career. One down fall is they only accept cash for services, but overall pleased with his hair cut.

Called for a haircut. Was asked if I could call back in 15 min. I called back, Roy answered. I asked for a haircut today (wed.) He said he was booked until Friday morning, so he booked me then. 10 min. later a gentleman called me back, asked if I wanted to book a haircut for today in 45 min. I said of course. When I arrived and said my name, Roy got in my face and started yelling and arguing with me. Stating that I had booked the cut with him on friday. He put on this crazy scene in front of two customers, me and the other barber, who said 'Roy that's over the top'. I tried to explain the situation, but he would not listen. Roy pointed at the door and said 'I know your kind, get out!'

I have been goin to this barber shop for a little over 5 years now (I'm talking consistently, every 3-4 weeks). Service exceptional, Appointments are always kept and on time, Truly a prodigious place to venture and can not recommend it enough! I have always walked out after feeling fresh, fly, and dapper!
