The atmosphere of the place was great and you can tell all the stylist love what they're doing. The services they gave were high-quality and Tito Roberto made sure I was always comfortable. They really proved to me that they value their clients very much. They even gave me advice on how to properly maintain my hair. I love the results as well, I can't stop looking at my hair! Look for Niño! I only have good words for my hairdresser. He gave me tips on what colour would be great for my Asian hair. And tips how to take care of it. I loved how my hair turned out the way I want to. I received alot of compliments from friends and even people I come across at restaurants. The salon is clean, cozy, and has complimentary drinks.

Reviewing for my girlfriend who has now spent $300 fixing the $250 dollar mess this shop made her hair into. She was very clear that she wanted highlights, toned light brown, the rest of her hair toned too. She asked for a trim with layers as well. What she got was, platinum roots with blonde ends for highlights, as well as red toned hair everywhere else. The cut looked like I went at it with paper scissors in the dark. She grew her hair our for two years to heal it, and it looked like she got boxed dyed in 2007 for a My Chemical Romance concert. They wont refund, she obviously won't let them touch it again either. Be wary, there are alot of other salons you can pay to actually give you what you want.

Roberto has been my go to for 7 years! even after moving to calgary i still drive to red deer every 20 days to get my haircut done! Attention to detail and top notch service are two of the best reason why they have my loyalty! not to mention fun ambiance and all stylist are very friendly !

I was here today to get my highlights done for the first time by Roberto and I must say that I am 100% satisfied and I will never go anywhere else. I definitley recommend this place especially if you are looking to get a perfectly achieved hair color. Roberto is a true gem of a hair colourist and stylist. He is truly gifted in his profession and I feel fortunate to have found him, as I literally, spent years looking for someone as capable and competent as he has so successfully proven to be, very professional at what he does. I’ve had my haircut (from long hair to short hair) here recently by Roberto; very welcoming and friendly; when I arrived at the salon, he immediately said hi and assists me where I can put my stuff. He made sure that before he begin cutting my hair was to asked my perception on how I want my hair to be like; when you don’t know what to say (which I also didn’t ) you are able to bring a photo saved in your phone to show or you can just explain it (which I did) and Roberto will make suggestions; he knows a lot of stuff about hair, so he just knows what to do to get the best look for you! During the washing session, Roberto will give you a head massage (which was my favourite part, a free massage!) The result of my haircut was so great! A lot of people complimented and liked my new hair cut! Thank you tito! I’ve also had my hair dyed and got my bangs cut here. I hundred percent trust my hair to Roberto, so you should too!!(:
