The owner " Noon " and all her friendly knowledgeable staff, always make me feel very comfortable,warm, welcoming and especially very pampered....without having to break my wallet. Very unsatisfied with my hair colour and haircut specially my haircut. I feel embarrass going out with this hair. I can’t stop thinking how that girl who did my hair from my first appointment ruined my hair. It was done really really bad. It’s horrible. My money is wasted. First of all, what a cute place! I desperately needed to fix my outgrown blonde brassy hair and decided to give this place a shot after looking at their IG photos. Noon was so accommodating and she was able to help me with suggestions on low maintenance hairstyles for the winter. I was impressed on how meticulous she was throughout the process. This girl takes no short cuts. Happy to support small businesses and will definitely be coming back again!

Salon product also sold here with great selection and reasonable price. Location is conveniently located across the north hill bridge southbound. Thank you so much Isabel for your service! I went to Reign and Kay for the first time yesterday for a haircut and I'm so pleased with the experience and result! My hair smelled awesome, felt healthy, and my new look with trimmed ends and curtain bangs had me feeling fresh and amazing all day! I was able to start my appointment early and have a great chat with Isabel. The service lasted about 50 minutes with a wash, cut, and styling. Very well priced as well, I'm definitely coming back again in the future! :)

Two weeks ago I was thinking about getting a keratin smoothing treatment for my 4c (tight coils) hair. I consulted with Clarissa and she was so knowledgeable and told me other options that I could consider before my appointment. When I got tot my appointment I was a bit nervous but Clarissa assured me that a hair Botox was a great option since I loved my curls and didn’t want to lose or change them. I was extremely impressed in how knowledgeable she was about my natural hair. I typically don’t let anyone wash my hair since I had a bad experience with another hair stylist who left my hair knots. However when Clarissa washed my hair it was amazing. I didn’t hurt and my hair didn’t knot up. Overall, I am two weeks out from my hair Botox treatment and I love it. I am so happy that I took her expert advice. I don’t think I want to permanently change my curls anymore. My hair is softy, has barely any knots and such a joy to work with. In fact my curls are looking amazing! I look forward to doing this treatment in the future. Thanks Clarissa! Also the salon in general is fantastic. Noon was extremely sweet and friendly. She even gave me a snack and water seeing as my appointment was going to take a while.
