I've been going here for many years and like the cuts that me and my boys have gotten over the years. My usual stylist is Connie and the work is always what I ask her to cut for me and my kids. She's friendly and even gets my teenagers to laugh when she cuts their hair. I've had some of the other ladies cut my hair and they've also done a good job and are friendly. There is no "special" service that's been offered by Connie (or any of the other girls for that matter) and to suggest so is way off base. It's a good reputable shop and I recommend going there for a good cut at a reasonable cost.

Went to this "barber shop" couple of weeks ago to get a haircut and clean up on my beard. I forgot her name that was doing my cut I explained that im looking for a short hair style and a beard touch up. She started to cut my hair now and i noticed the sides were uneven and didn't look right. She started to do my beard and took out head trimmers and started to shave off my sideburns!!!!! then to top if off made the the sideburns uneven not impressed had to pay 25 for something i didn't like. Last time Im ever coming back .

Worst haircut of my life. I invest so much time taking good care of my hair and styling it and one of their barbers just ruined it. It was a bad decision to go to this place. I gave my specification before we started, which is disconnected pompadour with faded sides 0-1 and even showed her a photo of the hairstyle I am aiming for, but she just shaved all my sides and back and trimmed a bit of the top! Worst part is the shaving and trimming wasn’t even. So frustrating and disappointing. I am never going to visit this shop again. They are cheaper by a few bucks from other shops out there but they don’t come close to the level of customer service the other shops can provide.

Dicusting service from discussing people The worst service from the worst people I've ever seen in my life very rude people The barber did a mistake and cut my son's hair too short and an ugly hair cut I blamed her and told her Iam not happy my son is not in the military to make his hair like that Her friend was cutting the hair of another customer he stopped and started yelling at me saying go out of the store you pay and go out I answered it is not your own home to kick me out you get your wage and you have to do the job properly he kept yelling in very rude way My son asked me to buy a cab to cover his head because he feels shy of those hair cut between his friends Although the lady that cut my son did a mistake and my son get depressed but I forgive her as we are human beings and mistakes happens and if she apologized I would had accepted that The thing that Zimmerman will never tolerate is hiring rude people like the guy who kiked me out of the store when I complained

We went with our son to get a haircut, my son asked the lady there that he want in the sides number 1 and in the top, number 4, and we advise him to get number 3 She did the sides number 1 and on the top, she did number 3 but usually, any barber without even asking, leave the hair in the front a little bit longer so he can put gel or cream She took the machine and did all the top and the front, all the same way, so it ends up having my son as if he is going to a military school, My husband got very mad , this lady kept arguing that she did number 3 as we asked and what gets the situation worth that another barber, get in the conversation saying that to my husband, that he doesn't have the right to talk like this and as he was very rude to tell her, take your money from them and send them out of the store So, sending us out of the store, indeed, it was there mistake, was very rude and very unprofessional to tell a customer to get out of the store. Now, my son, 12 years old will suffer from this horrible haircut for at least 2 weeks until his hair grows again and this is the apology that we get, to be sent out of the store in this rude way. I will never let my child return there again and I don't recommend this barber shop to anyone

She refused us...younger hairdresser there said that's nonsense and she'd do it but I left.. Figurered I'd try somewhere new but will continue taking him to beaners for his haircuts.

My boyfriend went to get his hair cut and showed the gal a photo of what he wanted (short on the sides long on top) and instead might as well have shaved his head as it was extremely short and no where near what he wanted. When you take pride in your hair that’s a slap in the face! Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I visited them for the first time today. Their shop is clean, but no hand sanitizer available. Staff wore masks, but customers were not required to, despite no social distancing. Chairs are apart, but not six feet apart. No effort made to limit seating capacity. The woman who cut my hair took her time doing it, but when I put my glasses back on and looked a better look in the mirror at home, she didn't do a very good job. She also had a dry sense of humor that I didn't really appreciate. They demanded I pay in cash, with no debit machine available, despite no heads up about this fact when booking the appt. I won't be going back.

The lady was cranky and short with my Grandson. And tried to charge him 22 dollars? He's 17. Did the prices go up? And she never dried or styled the top of his hair like they normally do. Nor did she sweep or vacuum the hair off him. It was getting close to closing and they were short two stylists. Not the customers problem!

I asked for a simple trim, my hair is left uneven and just flat out horrible. I would not recommend going here because I don't think the barbers are educated properly which says alot about what kind of people they hire. They even messed up my bangs. I got some yee yee type stuff going on now cause of it. The hairstylists are friendly but the one time I went there it resulted in this.

I would not reccomend coming hair. I made the mistake of doing so and booking an “appointment” for my relative who can easily catch the virus. I was assured they are taking every step. We waited for an hour with nowhere to sit and ended up leaving during that we clearly seen it was not the best choice to go anyway as it seemed rules were not being followed. Many people in and out with no masks no cleaning.

Really great service: fast food of hair cut, so in and out quickly. If you are looking for straight razor, it's not available here, but fairly priced at 15$. My haircut was nothing technical just a buzz and cleanup. Again great and quick service. The one thing I noticed was the clippers were not cleaned after the haircut and hair was all over the chair when I got on it. The low rating is based on the cleanliness.

Second time in a row that Evelyn gave me a red, swollen, scarred neck. Do not see Evelyn ever! I went back and politely asked for my money back and Evelyn said that I was "trouble the first time I saw her"! Like somehow her ineptness and crappy customer service is my fault. First of all the lady who cut my hair had no confidence and clear no knowledge of what I asked her to do. Her blending and overall cutting were poor and I could have done a better job myself. I thought maybe after a few days it would look better but nope, it still looks like the worst haircut I have ever received sorry to say. It's a shame since the last time before this I had an amazing experience with the other lady who was working. But the one that day did not meet expectations whatsoever.

Walked in yesterday to get a haircut and was not greeted by any of the 6 people working and 2 of them just talking to eachother. The place was a mess hair everywhere. I took a seat and the 2 talking just packed up there stuff and left with piles of hair left at there chairs.
