Got my hair cut at studio cuts yesterday for $21, which I thought was an awesome price until I got there and sat down. The old saying "you get what you pay for" really suits this salon. I had a hairstylist by the name of Steph, right off the bat she was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. She made me feel like an idiot while I was trying to explain what I wanted as she continually cut me off mid sentence to tell me "it doesn't matter how I do this or that" and actually had the nerve to roll her eyes and shake her head when I said I wanted facial framing "somewhere in between " (the sentence would have been "somewhere in between long and short" but once again I was cut off mid sentence as she snapped "IN BETWEEN WHAT"). I went in for a pretty basic haircut, a little trim and some long layering so my hair wouldn't be all one length anymore. I told her to take off an inch, inch and a half at the most and she took off a good 2 inches maybe more. The layers look like absolute garbage and she did no facial framing what so ever. I have never been so upset with a haircut in my entire life and the way I was treated while in the salon made it that much worse. Good prices or not I will NEVER return there and I am advising everyone I know to never go there either. They are rude, unhelpful, and clearly inexperienced both with hair and customer service. Extremely disappointed all around.

I came in to get my 11 year old son a trim. He did not receive a wash, as his hair was clean and still a bit damp from his mornings shower. So, all he needed was just a trim. No blow dry after. They charged me $24.00. I said, it's $24.00 for a 11 year old boys hair cut!? She nodded yes. I felt that it was quite a bit for an 11 year olds trim. But I paid anyways. Having a feeling this is not the true price, I give them a call a while later and asked, how much for a kids hair cut/trim...my son is 11. The lady on the other end of the phone said $16.50. So we were overcharged quite a bit. His hair cutter couldn't even produce a smile when she greeted us.

I went here to get my hair cut today. The hair cut was not the best , she cut my hair much shorter than I wanted. Also the place was a mess. Hair everywhere. Stains everywhere. She did not clean anything after using it. There was even hair from the previous person in the chair. After many showers I still feel gross.

The young girl there wore way to much perfume and gave me the worst haircut! She left me mid hair cut to talk to "guys" and was snobby the whole time! Would not recommend a cut from her but the older ladies are great! They know how to cut hair the way you want. She corrected me by saying "you don't want a Bang it's called face framing" I told her a trim and she cut off 3 inches!!! It took me months to grow my hair out and she ruined it!!! RUINED. Never going there again. Chatters will always be my go to now. They know what "trim" is and are NICE not RUDe!

I went to get my hair cut to just above my shoulders. I used my hands to show where I wanted it cut to. I left with a chin length bob. I was too shocked to say anything in the shop, so I paid, tipped and left. The next day, I styled my hair how I wear it, it's uneven and there are long strands that were missed. But I chose to use the cheap hair place, so my fault.

10 minutes in and out for a over price crew cut. New to town working so figured I would try it because it was close by. I Sat down in the chair and the chick totally started going to town on my hair without asking lengths or what I'm looking for, AND when I finally mentioned I like certain styles /lengths she totally disregarded everything I said and said theres a method to her madness.

Studio Cuts is a very efficient place to get your hair cut. You don't need an appointment just walk in . The ladies are very good in cutting your hair. The store is located on the ground floor next to an East Indian restaurant which by the way serves excellent food.

Absolutely worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten, long pieces amongst my short hair and couldn’t even get the back hair line straight, didn’t think anyone could ever be that bad with a clipper. Would not recommend.
