I've visited this spa twice for waxing services and both times have experienced great customer service. I find the pricing here is quite competitive compared to other salons/spas and their staff are competent. The location is central to many other areas of interest as well, (such as Pine Center Mall,) which definitely makes the visit more worthwhile.

Awesome! I won a $25 gift certificate the other day and I used it today. I thought I would have to pay on top of that. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that the gift certificate covered my shampoo, trim, and blowout. I am really happy with my haircut and the service there. I will probably go there for all my haircuts. I might even bring my 3 daughters for theirs too. ????

Definitely the worst place I’ve ever been, I went for an eyelash lift, don’t waist your money!! They used the cheapest material ever, you will leave the place as you came, eyelashes won’t be curled at all!! The service wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t even explain what the procedure going to be like! If you want a good job done, go somewhere else!

The services are great but the receptionists need another course in excel so they know how to properly book appointments instead of offering 50% for the next service as it's not fair to the service provider to lose out on money because reception isn't on the ball. Great hairdresser and esthetics but very very very poor receptionists. I will not be back or will I recommend to anyone.

The amount of time and effort put into my hair my one of the so called Junior Stylists was amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful for sisters wedding. She knew I had thin hair and was self conscious about it and she used products in my hair to completely hide this and make me feel like I had a beautiful head of hair. She took her time curling every piece with a small barreled iron to give it full volume and was so personable... We had many laughs and great conversation. Thank you so much Core... I just moved up north a year ago and you know how hard it is to find a new hairstylist that knows what you’re talking about knows what you want listens to you,I finally found one at Core and I was very happy!Unfortunately my hairstylist was booked and I booked last minute before a wedding and had to go to a new girl there must’ve been some miscommunication because it was not the haircut I wanted but it was a nice haircut just not for me and I tried to love it but it was just not what I wanted,so I called them back they had no problem rescheduling me to make it how I would like it ,it was very nice after a couple corrections they made something I was un happy with into somethings I was very happy with! I just love this place so much all the ladies there are so loving and it’s a place with such good energy!
