I've had haircuts at several places. Most are hit or miss. At Claude's, they seemingly work all the time, and you have a choice of barbers that do and excellent job every time . 10/10 would recommend ????????

Best place in town for a haircut, bar none. Great atmosphere, excellent staff who love what they do. I can go in for a haircut when I'm having a bad day and come out feeling like a million bucks. These guys always go the extra mile. PG is lucky to have a place like this. Note: other reviews mention long wait times. I have been going for two years and never found the wait to be long. Today I got in within 10 minutes and the place was busy. They keep a close eye on the queue and work hard to get you in fast without sacrificing the person currently sitting in their chair. That's what you want out of a barber shop in my opinion. A wait is a good sign. Be my guest and go try your luck at the places that can get you in the second you step in the door. There's probably a reason they can accommodate so quickly. Or, you know, just go see either Mike, Robert, Kylie, or Joey and get it right the first time.

This barber shop is your classic barber shop where the barbers use the good old school techniques of scissors and blades along with the hair clippers. It's cheap and the atmosphere is very lively. The store location is a bit hard to spot and I had to go around before I realized that it was actually in the gas station. Loved the haircut and the barber there.

Great services and location, but after showing the barber an image of a modern cut, he gave me a very classic cut, and felt I was in 50s. The guy I got was good at cutting hair but not at following instructions. Would have to say hit or miss based on my experience.

Shaved my head for cancer, Claudes was the only barber shop open at the time, I just needed it cleaned up,evened out or something (shaved it myself)...I sat waited a good 20mins before being adressed, and Claude wouldnt let me in a chair because I'm a girl. Seemed very transphobic even though I'm not trans, and just did a good deed, (dontating my hair). He wouldn't listen to reasoning and pretty much told me to get out. My family has vitalized him as their main barber for years. We are no longer supporting his service. If I could give him zero stars I would. Very unprofessional. Very dissapointed.

Has some good barbers, but it's definitely no longer the # 1 barbershop in town. The wait times are always LONG, usually exceeding an hour. I guess what's to be expected with one of the tops barber shops in town.

I travel around the province for work and get haircuts at a new barber each time. I have a set of photos and instructions that I give to each barber and they are able to cut my hair the way I like it (never been an issue before). When I went to Claude's, despite giving the same instructions/photos, I got a completely different haircut. When I saw my hair at the end, it was obviously not what I expected and the barber quoted that he likes to work with his "instinct" when cutting hair. I left with a terrible haircut, felt very embarrassed, and covered up with a hat for the next little while. I was actually asked twice within one week if I'd cut my own hair. I hoped it would grow out, but still a few weeks after the haircut, the damage is still obvious. After reading some other comments, it seems others have had trouble with haircuts when they gave instructions. I'd give no stars for the haircut, but the shop was welcoming and nice, so they at least get one star for that. Newcomers beware.

Went into the barbershop today for my first time, we've already waited at least 20 minutes for my son to get in for school tomorrow. My baby fell asleep on my chest as we were waiting and with no heads up one of the guys used their air hose and scared my 3 month old! Not only was there no warning ahead of time he didn't f'n apologize!
