Came across this barber by chance today. It was time for a trim and my regular Barber was full. I'm actually glad they were busy because this place was much better. I didn't even know you could get this kind of luxury treatment from a barber. I got a hot towel straight blade shave, a very nice hair cut and they even Washed my hair after the cut so I didn't have little hairs all me. It was a really nice experience overall and this will be my new barber forever. Thanks!

This place is great. I've tried a few barbers in the neighbourhood, with pretty good results but was having trouble getting consistency. I've been here twice now. Both times, great cuts. Nice guys, as well. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The barber's hands should be soft and smooth on peoples head and not rough as if you are shaving a sheep. The barber that gave me a haircut was fierce with the trimmer on my head and shown an aggression in cutting, as if he was in some sort of hurry. And if you disagree with what he says, oh! boy he goes harder with the trimmer. Had a terrible experience, dont know if it was my hair cutter or its everyone in there.

I love it here. I started coming here because it was near where I lived, and now, even though I am across town, I still make the trip. Why? Because they cut my hair RIGHT.

Was just strolling by and had that sudden urge to get a trim. Walked in, and David had me sit down in his chair. One of the best cuts I've ever had. This is the textbook definition of what a barber should be. Quick yet very precise. He was attentive and asked how the cut was coming along and was very sociable! With less than $20 for a cut, you'd be a fool not to try this place! Great laughs and a great haircut! I'll come here if I find myself in Ottawa again!

I went in there recently and the bigger fellow Francis was working by himself. I like David, the skinnier brother because he gets to know me and exactly what kind of haircut I want. Francis on the other hand does a good job, but on this occasion, he went with the wrong style for my beard trim. In fact on top of that, I only asked for the beard trim and he tried to do a bait and switch by giving me a hot shave for $13. I wasn't happy with that and it made me want to not go there when he's working. Good quality haircuts, but I myself may go back to my old haircut place or somewhere new if need be. Since I can't reply to the review, I'll clarify here. I'm aware of the prices and ONLY talked about the beard trim specifically and NOT a haircut on my last visit. I said specifically that I wanted a beard trim in the same style as my last one for $6 or $7 and not the hot shave for $13. That's what I was saying in the review and yet when I went in there, he decided to do the hot shave anyhow. Going back to my old barbershop now.

The owners are all really nice, great guys that care about giving you a great haircut. I've been going off and on whenever I've lived near enough since they opened up a few years ago and will continue to. This barbershop is not up to standard. I told David that I like my hair to be a bit long on top, but all of a sudden he never listened to my instruction due to his lack in understanding English. I won’t recommend this place.
