I went to this barbershop because it’s right near where I live and it’s affordable. I looked through their website and read a bit about them and was really impressed by what I saw. They were NOTHING like the pictures.. on top of not having masks, not sanitizing their tools, blasting loud music, allowing one customer to VAPE in the store, and massacring my hair, the service was unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable while there. Never again will I go back there and I’ll need to spend more on trying to repair it.

Went in for the free kids cut, brought a 50$ tip signed up on the sheet for 2:15 waited 2 hrs and never got called in to get the kids hair cut. They let everyone else in but disregarded the signup sheet. Not a loss on my part but could have been organized better imo.

We went here for the kids hair cut promotion aaited hours for our cuts but my kids loved the place so we wanted to go back and return our business so we made an appointment for sunday at 2pm and arrived 10 minutes early only to be told there was no appointment and we could wait an hour if we wanted. My son left in tears....needless to say we wont be back. Sorry we tried to support local.:(

You got a bar next door the Newphi pub live bands pool table. You also have corner store in the area. Easy and quick to get to from the 7 Orleans exit Blair. Bus stops In front.

After over a year of resorting to cutting my own hair with clippers during the pandemic (hey, who hasn't), I decided to get a haircut done by a professional for once since barbers and salons are now open. I tried looking on different websites of places that were walking distance and came across King of Cuts. It seemed to have the vibe where if somebody, particularly a woman, wanted to do something funky with their hair, they'd be down with that. Fortunately, I was right. I showed Ritchie a photo of the haircut I wanted and he went to town (it was basically a pompadour with faded, undercut sides that came to a point in the back. I'd definitely recommend this place if anyone needs to take a trip to the east end of town for a cut.

DAY LIGHT ROBBERY!! Within 2 minutes the barber picked up a non professional call and spoke for 20 minutes, awfully cutting my hair with scissors with one hand, while the other was on the phone. After this spoke to me very vaguely, then answered another call doing the same. Completely disobeyed my instructions, after 3x of asking then convinced me it was good. to do what he thought was good. I’ll need to get it fixed. The barber beside me did a good job on the guy next to me so it was possible it was just this barber.

Terrible hair cut. Abe is awful. Not polite at all. Tried to be nice but he obviously was annoyed and looked like he was craving a cigarette. He was so not considerate with how he used the clippers. One star. He should be fired. Obviously couldn’t do anything else with his life but be a barber.

Ritchie was wonderful with my son, and did an amazing job. He did exactly as we asked. We have had poor barbers in the past who didn’t listen. Now that I have seen Ritchie’s skills, I wouldn’t have any hesitation to let his creativity fly and see what he could do next. And the most amazing part, when we went to pay, apparently there was some sort of promotion, and the cut was free!!! Totally free! We will definitely be returning. We also enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

Wow. I brought my son (9 years old) for a haircut this morning, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Impeccably clean, with proper precautionary measures in place, this barber shop took care of my son. He was treated with respect and the man who styled my son's hair engaged in conversation and made sure the haircut was what my son wanted. Some places just cut your hair, but this place went above and beyond. It was such a positive experience for myself and my son that it's now going to be the only place I will bring him.
