Renato has been cutting my hair for almost two decades now and is still my favourite person to go to. I no longer live right near the shop but will still make the commute to go see him when I am able to. I do have to note that Renato is the only person here who has cut my hair in the near twenty years of going here and the only other person I have gone to is Richard but just for a straight razor shave which was a great experience as well. Clean location, fair pricing for the work they do (especially considering the years of experience Richard and Renato alone have) and a welcoming environment. I would recommend as a Google Guide in fact I sent my best friend here the day he got married.

Bad haircuts, uneven, didn't understand what I wanted

Was not asked what haircut i wanted, weither it was before or during the cutting process. Everything was done in a rush and the haircut is very neglected (uneven sides, bad lines, i would have done a better job myself.) The lady that works here do not seem to care about the people at all. When i told her what i wanted, she still did a completly different hairstyle of what i requested. She ignored completly what i was saying until i complained about it afterwards. After the bad experience, i went back inside the salon (after i looked at the cut for 10 minutes while still in the parking lot) and Richard fixed the bad haircut and he has great skills and was meticulous all along the cutting process (weither he was cutting my hair or other people's) I might return to the salon for him since i was really satisfied of his cut. But i will never let the lady touch my hair again.
