Waited for two hours on Monday for my son to get his hair cut, only one barber. No free parking so I’m already down $5.00.The couch is broken, careful you don’t sit on it or you might end up hurt. The throw rug is very dirty with human hair and the store stinks like weed... would not recommend.

When I went this place was pretty busy, so I recommend you get here 45 minutes - 1 hour early. I got a fade just as I wanted it. Service was quality; wait time was long. The prices are normal. If it's one thing I would recommend it is that they do haircuts by appointment as opposed to walk-in only. If I am ever to get a proper haircut again, I would probably come back here.

Live in Halton region, but my barber is in Peel. Long over due for a haircut and gave Urban Barber a try. Very happy with my cut, will go back and would recommend to anyone in Halton region looking for a black barber. Not too many in Halton region and with the lockdown good know these guys are open and follow covid protocols. It's first come first serve.

Been coming here for 10 years, literally since I was 15, both barbers are good at what they do. They'll generally get your fit the way you like the first time, when you come enough they'll remember it. I'm decently awkward so I keep quiet through the cut, they just kind of let me keep quiet, I don't feel pressured to interact. Though they're pretty talkative among themselves and other customers that want that. They have some magazines you can read or just wifi if you want to browse. They're busy sometimes so come early. If you're black, and new in the area, you will probably get a decent cut here. If you need black type cuts and you're not black, you're in luck, that's like 30% - 50% of people I see there. Definitely recommend. Make sure to tip. It's polite.

Unprofessional, never on time I've been there 3 times during the opening and had to head home because no one was there on time. I'm sure the only reason why people still go there is simply because there's no other compition in Oakville. If they had compition I can guarantee you they would not survive.

These guys are professionals...... I've never gone in to this barbershop and left unhappy or disappointed... I use to travel to Hamilton just for a dahm haircut.... Brutal.... So thanks to u guys for being local (Oakville) and being pros at what u do!!!! Fades are on point at this place..... These guys are the best barbers especially for blacks and colored people. But they should set up for card payments as against th4 current cash payment which is quite inconveniencing even with an atm machine installed because it charges about $3 per withdrawal....cheers

I was happy to learn that urban barber shop was located in oakville! Took my boys and was presently surprised at the good job they did . The hair cuts are sharpe I recommend them to all my friends . The guys are friendly polite and helpful I felt right at home . Place was clean and inviting. Best place to go !!!
