Great group of guys, they do really nice work. I drive from Toronto to Oakville to get my hair cut now, they're polite and the haircut only takes around 20 minutes on average, which I really appreciate. They've always been start to finish focused on cutting my hair, unlike other places where the barber/hair dresser may go answer the phone or talk to someone else and get distracted... these guys give you complete attention and respect your time. Worth the drive for sure, see y'all next time!

My recent haircut (post opening) and just prior to the last COVID closing were disappointing. The quality was better when they just opened. I realize they are trying to catchup because of the COVID closes but ... the new "15-minute" haircut is leading to poor quality, I felt like I was in a chicken factory. The guys are great but pay attention to quality vs # of haircuts... quality is the stickness factor.

What a disappointment on my hair cut. The guy did not listen after repeat times on the size and style. He would run through hair like cutting a sheep's hair. It’s a decent place, the barbers are friendly. The booking system works great. However, it does feel like there is more of a middle aged man vibe going on here. I do not recommend getting a fade from here. Was not too happy with mine, but definitely depends person to person. Also, they do a good job with maintain covid restrictions.

Almost any stylist / barber can cut my hair and make it look good when I leave. The test for me is what my hair looks like 3-4 weeks later. The cut done here grew out very well and it looks as good after a few weeks as it did when I left the chair.

Had an unfortunate experience here today, went in for a hair and beard cut. The haircut was okay, but when it got to my beard, I had a full beard that I just wanted trimmed and cleaned up. The barber shaved a large amount of my beard off at the top informing me he was doing a "fade". When I expressed discontentment with this, he informed me that in 2 weeks it would look better... I dont typically go to a barber shop with the mindset that I wont like the way I look for 2 weeks after. Overall disappointed with my experience, and disappointed how they handled discontentment with the service provided. I will not be back and I would encourage looking elsewhere if you're looking for a beard and haircut.

Friendly and professional staff here. Barbers here cut customers hair the way customers want them to. If you don't like the hair cut or want them to make any changes at the end of the haircut, they will gladly cut more hair, or do what additional changes you would like them to do, with a smile on their face. I would recommend this place to get a haircut from.

I've been to over 25 different barbers searching for one specific one I know I could always rely on. After discovering Royal Chair, a HUGE weight was lifted off my shoulders because the way the barbers cut hair there displays true art. I personally get a comb over with faded sides and a lineup which can easily be messed up but Rami never makes a mistake. His precision and craft in cutting hair guarantees perfection, every visit. I highly recommend everyone to get their haircut at this establishment!

I got a cut today with Mazen, and this was easily one of the best cuts I've had. My beard is pretty light and not a thick beard, but he lined it up and adjusted it to make it look so fresh and clean. Kind guys, loving, and respectful. My only thing: I do find it expensive. I totally understand COVID and all the losses from the virus, but, for my cut and beard, it costed $60. I want to be able to come monthly, as my hair grows back shockingly quick, but $60 a month for a haircut is definitely a big fee to pay. Personally, I find something around the region of 30-45 for what I got today more reasonable, but regardless, this is their price, and I have to respect what they do! Thanks Royal Chair!

Best haircut i have ever had. Was skeptical of all of the 5 star ratings but it makes sense. Aside from some covid-related annoyances (not their rules) it was great. Barber could tell i wasn't chatty so let me be, was quick and professional and really went above and beyond what i have ever experienced. It was honestly really good. I don't even live in Oakville but found my new place. I booked online and it was $22 for a basic buzzed head. That is a damn solid price these days

I have had the last two hair cuts with Mazen, he has a great personality and professional on what he does. Since being here, they were the 3rd salon I visited and it was way far better than the previous ones I had been too. Just a recommendation would be to take appointments knowing that they are busy so that they can space out the time as well as not have customers waiting. I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible haircut for the price. I was extremely disappointed. This was my first time at this location and my last. They may appear as professionals but lack the skills to be called such. The price was not the issue, although they are over priced, it was the quality of service that highly disappointed me. It is a shame they have such a undeserving rating on google. Clearly their clientele have not experienced a higher level of service at a more reasonable price. I would suggest any clientele of theirs try another barber shop, if not, just for comparison. I would give them less then 1 star if possible. To re cap, not worth you’re hard earned money or your neighbours.

This place has great barbers. I was skeptical at first not knowing how well they would cut. Finding a good barber anywhere is a difficult endeavour. However, right after my first cut I was hooked. I used to travel long distances (about 35 mins drive) to get a proper haircut, but now I literally walk 10 mins to the place and from without having to plan weeks in advance. Although this place does not book appointments, which I thought would be annoying esp in situations when it would be packed, however the barbers are very efficient with their cutting and styling which helps ensure your wait time is not that long at all. I didn't feel like I was waiting that long for a cut (been there about 5 times now). Overall, this is definitely a place I would recommend to everyone and anyone. Finding a solid barber is very difficult. Ive been to over 20 different ones and this place has been the best thus far.

Gave the secondary barber a chance this time since the main one (the one I regularly go to) was with another customer and I had limited time. I was not happy at all. The barber was on his phone using WhatsApp the entire time, and even took a call midway through my haircut. He was also very rough with the haircut, hitting the trimmer against the back of my ear repeatedly while he tried to get the hair above my ear. He was careless with the blade, and caused me to wince and recoil at one point. No consideration whatsoever for the customer. Very displeased. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because every time I used the other barber, he was decent enough. Were it not for him, this would be a one star review. Also, the haircut turned out very mediocre.
