Best salon I have been too. Charo is incredibly talented, and amazing at what she does. I came in with such damaged hair and she did wonders. The cut and style was beautiful and so fast, It was done in 40/45 minutes, also including a toner shampoo and deep conditioning. I have never been able to get that style because nobody could ever accomplish it the way I wanted it , but she did. She is hands-down the best hairstylist I have ever had. I have never felt so happy after getting a hair cut, she made me feel beautiful again :) I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair and feels awesome. I recommend her 100% . She does miracles. 10/10 ????

Had a great experience going there for an overdue haircut. Very friendly, relaxed but professional place. The service started with an amazing scalp massage and then the haircut was absolutely great. Love that they have Aveda products and services, best place in Oak Bay!

Very disappointed - don't get me wrong here I'm not slamming the business as a whole because there are probably some fine stylists working there but the one I had to the pleasure of using was not good. She seemed to be so rushed, like there was a quota to fill or she had too much coffee. She rushed into cutting (I should say hacking) my hair without paying attention to the cut I had or any lines as to where she was cutting thereby leaving my hair in an uneven, hard to style, hacked mess. Fringe is very personal and she gave no attention to my fringe but rushed right through over hacking my fringe from what I had or what I like to wear. Absolutely the worst cut and stylist (I don't even want to call her a stylist)! Did not listen to what the customer wanted - but rather insistent to cut her own way which proved to be a mess!
