I started visiting Roxy's barbershop since November 2020. I go about once a month and have been really happy with the cuts I've been getting. Roxy pays close attention to the details. This is clear from her shop setup too. It's very nicely laid out and decorated. Every time I've changed barbers in the past, I've been very anxious about whether or not I'd be happy with the new cut. I can say that I'm glad I made the recent switch over to Roxy's.

Didn't have a great experience here. I showed up on time for my appointment. And she was running 2 appointments behind. Instead of apologizing and asking me to have a seat (which i didn't mind doing) she made me feel like i was an inconvenience and all she said was "im running behind are you here for an appointment? Okay *sigh* take a seat" Then when she finally got to cutting my hair she complained about how thick my hair was and she seemed more distracted by her other clients than giving me a good haircut. I have never had an issue in the past with my hair being too thick. So to make me wait for 20 mins for a pre booked appointment and make me feel like im wasting her time when i could have gotten the same haircut anywhere else and feel valued as a client Probably won't be going back I hope this was a one off and no other clients feel bad for supporting local business hopefully the customer service gets better

As someone who has difficult hair to cut, I have found it really hard to find a barber that actually cares enough to make sure that I am walking out of the chair happy. Based on my experience there I will guarantee that you will do the same if you go here. Roxy is the best! Super great attention to detail and, more than that, she cares enough to get to know you as a person and not just some random dude in her chair. A truly five star experience that I have not found anywhere else in Canada. I think everyone should get their hair cut here.
