Hair-cutting is so pretentious in Victoria and Vancouver. People paying $40+ and over $500 per year to their barber... Came back to Canada and wanted to leave immediately again. I get my hair cut in Richmond for a reason, good quality AND pricing.

If you're like me and you take pride in the way you look you probably also find it incredibly stressful searching for a good barber/hairstylist... LOOK NO FURTHER! This man has been blessed with a gift, he is incredibly talented. I live in Calgary now and I am not joking when I say I wait until I am in Victoria to get my haircut by Moe. Thankfully I am in Victoria every month or so. I encourage anyone who is contemplating booking with him to do so, you will not regret it. I've had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Mo for 5 years, and there is a reason why I don't go to anyone else. Mo looks at cutting hair as more than just a job, but as an art. He's clearly passionate about what he does, and it shows as I always leave happy with my cut. He also does great work on keeping my beard in check! The only issue is he's a Steelers fan, but I can live with that I guess.

I have been able to witness his progression of skill over the years with consistency every cut. Victoria has amazing barbers, but Mo is truly unique and is constantly improving. Quite possibly the best barber in North America. Mo has cut my hair over 50 times. I've been coming to him for nearly 4 years and wouldnt trust anyone else. His focus to be the best barber in the city is noticeable and he prides himself in his work everyday. I've recommended all of my friends to him and never heard 1 person have a complaint about him.

I've been blessed to have Mo as my barber the last 6+ years. No matter what I'm dealing with at that time, MoCutz always makes me feel better and is like a spa day for me. Mo is very dependable and never leaves me hanging. Mo is easily the best barber in town and the whole vibe of the shop is great; comfy couches, multiple TVs and great music all the time make the experience match the quality of the haircut. As far as fades go you won't find anyone who will get you fresher, and the online booking is really easy to use.
