Love this place, bought 2 bikes from Steph and now buying one for my 7 yr old. The reason I love shopping here is the bikes are Canadian made and are awesome and very reliable. And for Steph couldn't ask for a better honest, knowledgeable and great guy. Highly recommend the Wheel House.

I was having recurring brake issues and other shops would just replace parts... and the issues would happen again causing me to miss weeks of riding at a time. I got what I felt to be an honest opinion that the braking system installed from factory was subpar and would continue to be problematic. I opted for a new brake set and I couldn’t be happier with the change. Quick and professional work! Would recommend.

Steph is a solid mechanic and just a straight up good guy to deal with. I would highly recommend dealing with Steph at the Wheelhouse. He's one of the few legit bike shops in North Bay. The other LBS (Cycleworks) just screws people over with nonsense so don't risk it and go see Steph at the Wheelhouse!

To add to that Steph was kind enough to come in on his day off to accommodate me since I couldn't make it during regular business days or hours. In the end I got a solid bike that I am enjoying.
